I need a big sheet cake for a work function recently, and Robin in the bakery was so helpful. She helped me with cake size, options, and understood totally the look I wanted. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated - perfect! Everyone loved it and was very impressed. Also, it was ready on time when I went to pick it up, and was packaged well.

Big Y helped us to get Christmas cookies delivered to our mum since we wouldn’t see her for the holidays last year, such a fun and polite staff to work with! The cookies made look absolutely amazing.

Not happy at the moment. Just spent $15 on 2 beef kabobs with completely inedible beef. So full of stringy fat that I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Dinner ruined and I feel totally ripped off. I guess there is no standard of meat used to make the kabobs? Left over nasty scraps? Let them eat cake? Well, I’ll buy my kabobs from Caraluzzi’s for now on. And done.

Outstanding service! Customer Service manager Lisa went above and beyond to solve a last minute Christmas Eve crisis for my family. She and the entire staff were courteous and efficient and before I knew it the problem was solved and I was out the door! Bravo!

Shout out to Tracy & Jean in the deli department. Needed to make my world famous mozzarella and tomato salad for Thanksgiving and although I went to another store for my 3 lbs of mozzarella balls but they were out - these two rose to the occasion and came through like champs and made sure I was able to give to my family, the salad, they can’t live without during the holidays!!! Give these two a raise. They went above and beyond!!
