8/27/25 bought 2 strawberry ice cream cakes. The worse ice cakes we have ever had. I know owner sold out. Will never ever go there ever again. I really want my money back. Crunches tasted like India food or plastic it was awful so please don’t waste Your money like I did $63.

Place is very dirty and run down inside and out. My biggest issue is I had a Carvel gift card and they told me they didn’t have a machine to process it. How does that make sense in 2025?! Now I’m supposed to drive to a Carvel out of my way to find one that actually takes their own gift cards

The ice cream was fine. The man behind the counter wasn't friendly. I was there with my 3 year old granddaughter. There was no place to sit after we got our ice cream. I sat her back in her car seat so she could eat her cone. I stood next to her in the parking lot to eat mine. There is a $15 minimum on credit cards. I wouldn't go back.

There’s a sign on the lawn that says “Be Nice” but the owner is really nasty. I would avoid this location.

Not the beat carvel. But they did have a fudgie the whale. So I can't complain too much. Maybe a little updating would help improve the place.

I've never seen a business act so offended that we came in to spend our money on their products.
My husband and I came in with our 2 year old son for an evening treat traveling through from a trip back to upstate New York.
I can't believe this is Carvel ice cream. It was the most terrible ice cream I've ever had. Both of our flavors, cherry vanilla and cookies and cream, were gritty and had such a weird taste. I couldn't even eat mine.
Save yourself the money and experience. Better off going to McDonald's for some soft serve cones.

I’m really confused what just happened my girlfriend and I just wanted some ice cream on a nice day. As soon as we walked it the atmosphere was off. The owner came out with no greetings. I asked what was in the treasure island and he said nothing. So I switched to the butter pecan in small and asked me what size and pointed to the wall of sizes with attitude. My girlfriend order black raspberry and he said it’s not black it’s purple but it was just awkward. Lastly the cherry on top is when it came time to pay and my partner noticed they only take cash and both only had apple pay so we said sorry and walked out and just stared at us. That was the weirdest interaction i’ve ever experienced anything is better than this.
I went here with acouple of my best friends for some ice cream and there was an older man waiting for us when we all came out. We didn’t know this man and we were all really scared to get to our car and so we talked to the owner, Albert. We told him about it and he didn’t even hesitate to walk us all out to the car.He then pretended that he was our family make us feel more safe and to let the stranger know that if anything were to happen he would be there. And yet we didn’t know Albert whatsoever and he kindly did this for us. He then proceeded to bring the man inside and talk to him and tell him to leave the area. We all recommend to come to this carvel, i’ve been coming here since i was 8 and im now 16 and have had no complaints. We love albert!!!!

First time in. Place was kinda dumpy. Owner gave me a hard time about using a credit card and was skimpy with the napkins. He didn’t like the large group I brought in (the sign on the door says only 4 people are allowed ?!?!) so he gave me the cold stare of disapproval. Who needs this? The ice cream was okay but it was overshadowed by the terrible CS experience. Won’t be back.

This issue isn’t the once cream but the need to touch the food with bare HANDS ! Its gross ! Then they take your card/money . They need to be more clean and mindful.

Older guy, who is the owner, is extremely rude and always makes side remarks to either my boyfriend or myself. He once yelled at my boyfriend for paying with a card instead of cash (they have a small sign on their register, but those ordering will not notice until AFTER they make the ice cream and ask for payment). Definitely should have a sign on the door when we walk in BEFORE we order, especially for those that do not carry cash on them. Even after my boyfriend politely apologized, the guy still managed to take the card for payment after complaining that “us people make him spend $500 a month when we pay with card under $15.” After I placed my order today, he asked me if I wanted a lid and when I replied yes, he made a sarcastic comment like “were you just not gonna mention it?” I did not think it was that big of a deal and as the worker, he ideally should just be asking those questions anyway. Definitely tired of dealing with this guy and will not be returning. Their ice cream is delicious but I recommend just going to a different carvel.

Got bottom of the barrel hard serve Vanilla, tasted like peppermint and was very grainy and doughy??? Service was bad too, an older guy actually sighed when I paid with a card.
