A crowd had just left the bar and a buddy and myself were the only ones in the place ordering food. The waitress was great but the service of the kitchen staff or cook or whoever it was took for ever to get 2 simple menu items out to us. We heard them talking to one regular customer as he came in ordered and order of wings 10 minutes after we got there and had his wings and left before we got any of our food. I guess there is a price to pay with small town ambiance and I guess it qlwas our time.

Went the day after St. Patricks Day so this may have had something to do with our experience. Arrived at 5pm on Saturday afternoon. There was 1 table there. Staff seemed a bit panicked and were running around like the place was packed. Seated promptly though, took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. Ordered the wings and tots as our apps, they were very good and the reason this place gets 2 stars. Main course took about an hour to come out after our apps. I ordered the Ribs, dry and not seasoned, lacked flavor, slaw was decent, beans were ice cold. Not sure if those ribs are smoked but this is a BBQ place. My friend ordered the Duke's classic double burger Med rare, came out well. Other friend ordered the Mac and Cheese with pulled pork. Skillet came out half full. First time here and was not impressed. From what I have heard they are going through some type of re-organization there, so maybe this is the reason for the disjointed experience, would give it a while before going back.

We have been here a few times over the last couple of years and service and food has always been okay at best. However this time they seem to be under new management because everything was amazing! Donna, our waitress was incredible. She was very nice and attentive the entire time. On top of this the food has improved significantly! We will definitely be back.

Food was decent, but took an hour with no explanation offered. Overcharged for drinks - they advertise happy hour prices but don’t follow through on the pricing. We were excited to try this place but we won’t be back. Lots of better options around.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill. We regularly ate here in 2021 and 2022 and loved it - good quality/nice service. We went in yesterday, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for food even though only 3 other tables were there. Beer was flat. And then the biggest issue: both my son and I woke up vomiting this morning. i had stopped eating my burger mid meal because it didn’t taste right.I hope the manager/owner can save this place, great little spot. But I can’t return based on what we saw/ate

We came here on a Friday night and it was half empty. The food was good but the food took almost an hour for 2 sandwiches, no one checked on us or explained anything and then overcharged our drinks and one of the waitresses argued with us about it. Disappointing experienceWoke up the next morning with food poisoning and that’s the only thing I had eaten in the previous 18 hours. Never coming back

Cool Hand Dukes - Good food and drinks.Service is attentive without being in your face.Love the Odd or Even Burger with any of the sides.The wings are very good.Love the spinach salad with grilled chicken and balsamic dressing on the side.Jorge rocks the kitchen!Karaoke on Friday nights is entertaining with some very talented singers.CH Tavern (upstairs) - an awesome place to enjoy the music from the Thursday night bands. Service upstairs is good.

My family and I frequent dukes whenever we’re in the area, the atmosphere is local and homey and the food and service are always above and beyond. You can’t go wrong with what you order but my go to is the meatloaf it’s amazing!

Duke’s was such a nice dining place! Just had some of their mac and cheese it was so good. Such nice service, and the waiters/waitresses are so lovely there.
Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Live music on Thursdays.

Horrible experience Twice !! Worst Service Everrrr !!! Do Not Go to this restaurant. My husband and I was at Dukes the night of Irsh Festival in September. We waited over an hour that night. The waitress disappeared!!! We were starving and they kept telling us any minute. They didnt even cook the food yet.Than like idiots we thought we would give them a second chance. We told the waiter what the first time!! And unbelievably they did it again. This time we waited over 45 minutes !! After telling them what happened the first time !!!Do Notttt Gooo Tooo Thisss Restaurant !!! They do not respect or accommodate their customers in any way !!!!!Horrible experience Twice !!!!!

They were super busy. Line out the door same people kept coming in asking of their tables were ready seemed like no one knew what was going on servers were all over the place the bar I think is was to close to the kitchen they had people just standing drinking and yelling. Poor servers had to like scream excuse me to get by with plates of food and drink. Same with the bussers you can see itball over the employees faces how overwhelmed they were

Great atmosphere! We had drinks and appetizers. The staff brought by a free appetizer they are trying out. The owner was very kind and talked with us at our table. All the staff is very nice. Great service!

First time there. We got sesame hot honey and Nashville hot honey wings, dude abides burger with onion rings and beef brisket platter. We took a lot home for another meal. Everything was delicious. Service was good. I’m posting this especially because some recent posts had poor feedback about service. We had no problem. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Three different people came to our table at different times to check if we needed anything. We will go again and hope you will check it out as well.
