Food was good. I wouldn’t say the same about the service though. I had got home and noticed that they have forgotten my large fries when I clearly asked for a combo. Can’t believe I wasted money.

Friendly, caring staff made sure my order was right! The manager Stephen greeted us and made sure my DQ promo went through. The chicken strips were delicious. This was a cut above fast food. Who would go to BG or MD when you can get great food like this at DQ?

Hungry trucker parked 6 minutes walk to Wendy's but 1 minute from DQ. After reading all the scathing reviews about this DQ I decided to go there and see for myself. Well, I got a Deluxe Double Cheeseburger a Chili Cheese Dog and French Fries. Back at my truck I dug in. Surprise! The Cheeseburger was still piping hot and very delicious. Likewise with the French fries (excellent fries). To tell you the truth I was too full to eat the Chilidog but for a couple of bites, but that was good too. I think that a lot of the problem of bad reviews is a case of people ordering food when they're not really hungry. Thanks, New Milford Dairy Queen.
Someone needs to make the enter/exit signs much more defined
New place is clean with nice outside seating area. Cold treats are great. Hamburgers were not so great with such a thin patty for that price!!? DQ is a brand getting less popular today and the reason can be found in menu offering types of food and prices. ( nothing to do with this specific store as it is a franchise). The app I downloaded and used were basic and no offers. Recommended for cold treats. Good clean brand new place in New Milford community..

Have been going to Dairy Queens for 50 years and loved there Charbroiled Burgers so when I saw a new one opened in New Milford I couldn't wait to go so I went today, Well this place is NOT a True Dairy Queen because the Burgers signature Charbroil taste was NOT there ! These burgers were completely without that classic Charbroiled taste they were tasteless and not good ! What Happened I would like to know ? If you still want the REAL Diary Queen burger you will have to take a ride to the Dairy Queen in Ghent N.Y.

If I could give 0 stars we would. Nothing was right about our order. Asked for no ketchup and only lettuce and cheese on the burger it came with everything on it and no lettuce. Meal was suppose with a sundae the guy said it was in the bag. Got home and it wasn't in the bag. Couldn't eat the burger. First time at this location and definitely will be the last.

When I ask for ranch with my fries you should give it to me. How simple is it to make you put the right sauces in a customers bag.

Tried 2x. First Mgr was there. Staff cared about mistakes. 2nd time staff only cared about off shift coworkers dining in. Took over 1/2 to get missing items after asking for them 3x. That was just for missing 2 orders of fries. Took even longer to get missing blizzard. Staff could care less about missing items. Dining room Staff wanted to hang out with coworker there to eat. Cashier was obviously bored and we were an inconvenience to her day. Lost 3 customers

Given this location is newly opened, I’m solely basing my review off of the beautiful facility and the customer service.
A friend and I ordered through the drive-thru last night. For 7pm on a weeknight, it was quite busy. We both got the $7 meal deal which supposedly includes a main “dish,” a side, and a drink. We both got the Single Cheeseburger Meal and somehow wound up paying $20+ with tax. Perhaps more discretion needs to be made with what’s available to order and not at that price point.
Regardless, this was my first time trying a Cheeseburger, Fries, and Blizzard from Dairy Queen. While everything seems well made, the patty on the burger was thin and toppings while nice, were scarce. Fries are okay if you’re looking for a plain fry with a mild crisp.
Undeniably, the star of the show was the Blizzard. I got the Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard and it was delicious! The animal cracker pieces themselves were borderline non-existent, but the pieces I did get were wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my weeknight treat!
Personally, I think there’s better fast food burger options than Dairy Queen—it’s “okay” for what it is. Next time I’m there I’m skipping the food and going straight for a Blizzard.

Been there twice just can't get it right. Order onion rings with my $7 meal I got the container with a few french fries and like four onion rings. Today ordered another $7 meal never got my little baby Sunday. The young lady asked at least three times did you get your Sunday I said no and never got it
