My hubby took me here for a breakfast date this morning, and they did not disappoint. The French toast was made perfectly. It was crisp in all the right places, tasted like butter, vanilla, and cinnamon, all the right things. And the hashbrowns were absolutely delicious! Whatever you are doing, keep that up! The service was awesome, the server was very pleasant and kind. It is nice to see a genuine smile when out and about. I am taking my daughter to lunch in the upcoming weeks. Thank you again!

To be honest they didn’t have a server assigned to us but once we got a server we got the best server in the world. Alana J needs a pay raise she was amazing. And the manager and her were very hospitable and we will definitely be coming back

The atmosphere of the restaurant was beyond superb, however I am saddened to say that the service was abysmal and completely lackluster. Our “server” Allie was practically absent for the entire duration of the time. She was slow to greet the table, which is understandable when busy, yet the diner wasn’t particularly busy. The lack of care or consideration was absurd. I’ll be back but I will not be requesting her.

Come to enjoy the diner experience and got no service. When it’s just me, I usually go to the bar so I don’t take space for others. The counter still had someone else plates on. The lady (older lady) didn’t even acknowledge me for a good 8 mins. Had to go a person who told me I needed to check in even though it was just me. She said it would be 20 min wait for just one person while they had tables open.

I had such a great experience at DinerLuxe in New Milford this Saturday! The food was delicious fresh, hot, and came out quickly but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Joe. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed despite the business! You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and enjoys what he does. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and fun, but Joe nailed it.

Really disappointed. The onions on my patty melt still had the skin on them, and the cheese looked and tasted like Kraft singles. The hollandaise sauce was basically pure butter, and the fries had no flavor at all. The fact that this place has above a 4-star rating is insane — it’s gotta be bot reviews. For the same price, you’re way better off going to Three Brothers across the street — the food there actually has some care put into it.
