Very unorganized establishment people just standing around. I don't understand how you can not make a coffee correctly when it's printed out you put it on the cup but you didn't bother to read it. I understand the construction that's going on but that doesn't explain the lack of ability for them to do their jobs

I try to go here because it's close to home but if you don't have 10+ minutes to wait in the drive thru don't go. Everyone is rude and the food is either burnt, raw, or just disgusting. Don't go here! The others in town are better.

Stopped by this Dunkin’ around 5:30am and just wanted to shout out the man working the counter—he was incredibly kind and had such a calm, welcoming energy. It’s not often you get that kind of warmth so early in the morning, but he greeted me with a genuine smile and handed me my order like he actually cared. Nothing flashy, but those little moments of friendliness go a long way and definitely make me want to come back.

i did come here 30 minutes before closing, but when i arrived, the door was closed and we had to order at the drive thru. first the employee seemed tired and moody. when i got my order, i had to turn around because they had burned my croissant to the point where it was black. they had also forgotten to put milk in my coffee. luckily they were understanding about the situation and remade my food and drink but this wasn't a great experience. i dont think i will be returning in the future

I was here today 2/4/25 at 10:30 and it took 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich that we pre ordered on the app. Had to send the sandwich back THREE TIMES. They had burnt my sandwich the first time and the second two times forgot the egg. Not one to leave reviews but this was necessary. Management needs to look into this crew.
I ordered a medium cappuccino, and they guive me a small cappuccino in a medium glass 🥺

Asked my bf to pick me up a sugar free frozen coffee. They gave him an iced coffee.... He tells them so they give him a frozen coffee and he brings it home but it's full of sugar.. how hard is it to give the customer the correct order not only the first time but the SECOND time ? I try to call and it is a voicemail that's not set up. So almost $7 wasted. Not to mention wasted time and gas driving there for nothing.
