I was here today 2/4/25 at 10:30 and it took 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich that we pre ordered on the app. Had to send the sandwich back THREE TIMES. They had burnt my sandwich the first time and the second two times forgot the egg. Not one to leave reviews but this was necessary. Management needs to look into this crew.

Asked my bf to pick me up a sugar free frozen coffee. They gave him an iced coffee.... He tells them so they give him a frozen coffee and he brings it home but it's full of sugar.. how hard is it to give the customer the correct order not only the first time but the SECOND time ? I try to call and it is a voicemail that's not set up. So almost $7 wasted. Not to mention wasted time and gas driving there for nothing.

I keep coming there and getting the most rank and wrong made drinks. It’s not hard to do cream, coolata, medium on the milk machine, get two pumps of coffee syrup from the coffee syrup bottle, and 3 pumps of caramel from the caramel bottle. Maybe teach your people to make the drinks right and tell them to slow down and make them right the first time. In the photo the color and consistency is clearly wrong for a frozen coffee

I rarely receive good service here! They hire the most ignorant young people to work here. I went one time and ordered food and coffee (she didn't great us or thank us and ask us to drive up!) At the window, she hands us the food and we are waiting for the coffee for a few minutes and she snidely says to the other employee and says," I don't know what they are waiting for?" I say, " We're waiting for our coffees!". We continue to wait and she says it again and again I respond a bit louder cause I thought she didn't hear me the 1st time!!!! She looks at the order and the other employee makes and gives us our drinks....all this time not a Thank you or sorry for the misunderstanding! I will not be going back there again and if I find out it's part of a franchise that one person owns, I will not go to those stores either! I prefer McDonalds coffee anyway!

Every single time I go to this location my drink is incorrect in some way and a different price even though I order the same thing each time. Two of the woman who work here, an older woman and a younger blond woman have attitudes. There’s another location 15 minutes out of my way on Danbury Rd and I’ve started to just go there instead because it’s always made right there and the people who work there are much nicer
