The employees are all so very great. As for the Landlord or whoever is in charge of the building? Shame on you. You Make those employees work in unbearable conditions because you are too cheap to fix an air Conditioner? You pay your employees so very little, at least give them a decent environment to work in the icing on the donuts. Looks like it is melting off of the donuts. Terrible way to run an establishment.

The employees always do a great job! However the store owner needs to worry about fixing the a.c unit in that Dunkin those poor employees! I feel so bad it’s literally like a sauna in there! It’s horrible and unsafe. DO BETTER!

No Donuts, they sold out the store again and I was there before noon. Manager says they will not be getting more donuts in and they don't make donuts at the location. They have their drive-in traffic out onto the road, there is a line inside for express pickup. Donut Store with no Donuts. Losing money hand over fist. It's a shame,

Absolutely disgusting place. They prepared a bagel with cream cheese and added hair for extra flavor. I brought it back. Did they apologize? Heck no. All I got was attitude for politely pointing out that customer service is 100% sub expectations and they should get trained to do better for their customers. Even better was when a friend of the staff chimed in telling me that I should get my GD bagel at home - plus extra profanity and hate speech from that friend when she saw me in the parking lot
Staff has no training. Lines get super long because staff has no idea what they are doing due to improper training or just being idiots.This girl handed me a large iced cold brew with no ice at all and said sometimes people don’t want ice. So I said remake it. It’s an iced cold brew, it always has ice unless stated otherwise. She gave me attitude and tried to poor it into a new cup with ice which I said no, make a whole new one. And they all gave me attitude.whoever the manager at this location is has some serious work to do. I come everyday and there’s always attitudes and issues. No other Dunkin in town has this many issues.. please shut down or re hire a whole new staff without attitude problems.

Every weekday at 6 AM I stop at this Dunkin for a coffee & breakfast sandwich on a bagel. But no more the last few months they have gone down hill drastically. Bagels are like a rock, the coffee is burnt, full of grinds, made wrong or all of the above & then the woman who hands you your order at the drive thru holds the items just outside the window & above her head so I have to put my car in park & reach as far as I can just to receive my order just to have the coffe spill down my arm. Dunkin needs QA here desperately. As for me I will never come here again, I'm going to Bagelman where I know the food won't break my teeth.
