Took a chance on a Sunday drive by. My only suggestion is that the restaurant be renamed “Really, really good eats.” Great food, service, atmosphere, and nice live music. Perfect place to bring friends or celebrate a special occasion.

The service and atmosphere was wonder. Everyone was very attentive and helpful.
We have been there multiple times and never once disappointed. The staff is amazing and the food, from the apps to desserts,devine. I've brought friends and family and the concensus is always the same. Good Eats gets everything right.

Hands down the best place in New Milford! Super affordable, amazing food, and a gorgeous atmosphere. Perfect for a date night! The street fries are to die for!! And the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend.

When Good Eats opened I was so excited to have a great restaurant local. They have exceeded my expectations every time I've been there. The food is excellent and craft cocktails even better! I have tended bar on and off for a long time so a great drink is super important to me! and I LOVE the creativity of the food menu!

First rate food attentive but not overbearing service. Best lamb chops I've ever had served with Asian Ratatouille that was killer. Nice wine and beer list not huge but well curated. Was shocked and pleased to see Maine Lunch on tap. Quite a rarity.

Good eats, Bad customer service. I had called not once but twice to arrange a small shower for a friends daughter. Just 4 ladies. I asked when I called (made reservation on open table but called to go over details) if it was ok to have a small shower with a cake, decorations and a few gifts to open. I was assured not once but TWICE, it was NOT a problem. Show up to be berated by the owner as to who I spoke to. Their name, man or woman, etc.. He said it's a restaurant they don't allow outside food and didn't have room in his kitchen to put the 6” cake I brought for myself and guests. He made a big deal out of something that could have easily be rectified by mentioning someone made a mistake and I got the wrong information. Instead he drilled ME the paying customer. We stayed for lunch, only bc my friends daughter had driven an hour and a half to meet us. I will never go back. His lack of customer service skills was a real turnoff. I've been in hospitality to my whole life and made it a career and I have NEVER made a customer feel this way! Shame on him!
Welcoming like you are entering an intimate home party. Friendly, attentive staff. Limited creative seasonal menu, but enough variety to easily find an entree for each of us; every one delicious. Always our favorite place to dine when we are in the area.

My fiancé and I came in for dinner on Valentine’s Day. There was a beautiful instrumental band in the background setting a nice ambiance. The food was EXCELLENT. Would recommend to anyone, the dishes are great portions and very tasty. I got the Miso Pasta ? and she got the Short Rib Risotto!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was on point (even confirmed if it was ok to fire our main course...not rushed at all), the atmosphere was relaxing (lovely view of the river), and the food was delicious. Looking forward to having dinner there...soon.

I think it a special restaurant where the delectable ingredients and spices that describe an item on the menu are perfectly balanced when the meal arrives. Lots of attention to detail must take place for the food to be so spot on and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. My party of four agreed we will be back again.
We went to celebrate our anniversary, and the service and hospitality were outstanding. It's the little things (like acknowledging your special occasion) that separate the good from the very, very good, and it was very much appreciated!
