ABSOULUTLY NEVER GET AN ORDER RIGHT THROUGH DOOR DASH. Overall, our drive-thru experience wasn’t bad. Our cashier was very polite, all items were accounted for, and the service was relatively quick.
In terms of my review, I’m primarily basing my rating off of the food. I got a 10 piece Chicken Nugget Meal and while the fries were fine, my nuggets were soggy and bland—I couldn’t get through the box. What was supposed to be my dinner was unappetizing and unfulfilling.
While I also the accessibility of fast food restaurants in New Milford, turning out (particularly left) outside of this McDonald’s is a nightmare! Given that fact and the quality of the food, I might stick to my one and only visit at this location.

I was at the new Milford McDonalds and was setting up my mobile order I wasn’t even there for 4 minutes and I was rushed and asked if we where gonna order something I was having trouble with my payment method so I had to figure it out and I can’t help it think that the only reason the lady rushed and asked cause of the way me and my friends looked the lady’s I guess didn’t realize I spoke Spanish and understood everything said… I do not enjoy being treated as if I didn’t belong there I guarantee the lady looked at me and my friend an immediately passed judgement on who we were, we were rushed because she believed we either didn’t have any money or where just there to snag someone else order which wasn’t the case at all we order online and left. The fact your crew is judging people by there looks then rushing us to order is very unprofessional and assuming people you drugs cause of how we talk and look is racist on it’s own discriminatory. I understand new Milford has a loitering problem but rushing every potential customer cause you wanna assume thru they looks and speaking mannerisms highly unprofessional for any of your workers to do. I left with a very bitter feeling with this service
