Overall, our drive-thru experience wasn’t bad. Our cashier was very polite, all items were accounted for, and the service was relatively quick.
In terms of my review, I’m primarily basing my rating off of the food. I got a 10 piece Chicken Nugget Meal and while the fries were fine, my nuggets were soggy and bland—I couldn’t get through the box. What was supposed to be my dinner was unappetizing and unfulfilling.
While I also the accessibility of fast food restaurants in New Milford, turning out (particularly left) outside of this McDonald’s is a nightmare! Given that fact and the quality of the food, I might stick to my one and only visit at this location.

I was at the new Milford McDonalds and was setting up my mobile order I wasn’t even there for 4 minutes and I was rushed and asked if we where gonna order something I was having trouble with my payment method so I had to figure it out and I can’t help it think that the only reason the lady rushed and asked cause of the way me and my friends looked the lady’s I guess didn’t realize I spoke Spanish and understood everything said… I do not enjoy being treated as if I didn’t belong there I guarantee the lady looked at me and my friend an immediately passed judgement on who we were, we were rushed because she believed we either didn’t have any money or where just there to snag someone else order which wasn’t the case at all we order online and left. The fact your crew is judging people by there looks then rushing us to order is very unprofessional and assuming people you drugs cause of how we talk and look is racist on it’s own discriminatory. I understand new Milford has a loitering problem but rushing every potential customer cause you wanna assume thru they looks and speaking mannerisms highly unprofessional for any of your workers to do. I left with a very bitter feeling with this service

Just went thru the drive thru and asked for ranch with my food and it was on the screen but then they never gave it to me. This is not the only time it has happened they seem to be very stingy with their sauces now. Maybe next time don’t forget my god damn ranch

Food was great, service no issues super fast as always but price is absolutely ludicrous but theres nothing that can be done. $10 Big mac, $12 Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and $4.29 large fries not including tax. CT is the most expensive state for Mcdonalds which is crazy. Thank you Biden!

I give restaurants three strikes before I don’t support them anymore but I am just beyond baffled by this Mc Donalds location. I’ve worked in fast food before and for a long time so I know it’s not hard to wrap your head around. This is this the first and only Mc Donald’s i’ve ever had a negative experience at and it seems like i’m waisting my money every time. I have a six year old daughter with a dairy allergy and EVERY SINGLE TIME she’s had to miss out on our Mc Donald’s family dinner night because they decided to put cheese on her HAMburger. It’s insulting for it to be wrapped up with a receipt taped to it specifying it has no cheese on it just to open it up and have not just one slice, but TWO. What’s the point of even having the customize option for the burger if the employee is just going to chose it for me. My six year old shouldn’t have to worry about dinner because employees aren’t capable kid reading. This isn’t the only negative experience Ive had at this ‘establishment’ I’ve pulled into the drive-thru and gave my mobil order code as directed, then told to pull forward to the LAST window. I pull forward and an employee try’s to charge me $20 for someone else’s meal. To literally prove I am picking up my mobile order they take MY phone walk away with it into the kitchen and closes the drive thru window. After a five minute wait of them having my UNLOCKED phone the supposed ’manager’ comes back with my phone and barks at me trying to blame me for his obviously untrained employees getting confused by pulling to the last window and not stopping at the first one to get my receipt. He then reads my order to me and read one medium two cheese burger meal as 12 cheeseburgers…he thought I ordered 12 cheese burgers. After taking back my phone and reading to them my order so they could understand they had me pull into a parking spot where I spent another 20 minutes waiting for my food. I guess i’ve learned my lesson and take my money else where, somewhere actually worth spending and maybe where they know what they’re doing.

Our experience at the Drive-Thru was phenomenal! We were met with a very kind worker who’s enthusiasm made our pit stop 10x happier and really helped make our trip more enjoyable. They were also very welcoming and accommodating when we asked for extra spoons and sauces. The food was good warm and out quick too which is always a plus.
