French cream donut is delicious!!! Tomatoe soup and old-fashioned chicken sandwhich were also very good!! Smaller spot with tight seating arrangements - I would recommend taking food to go. Awkward standing room when ordering/waiting for food. Hard to read the menu as they were on tvs/ was very small font. Asked for a paper menu and they didn't have one.

Beautiful, tasty sandwiches. We were the only customers and it took forever, but there was one only person preparing food, so no problem. The two surly, scowling girls behind the counter, however, bring this place down a lot. Ladies, you do not have to work here. Fake a smile and try greeting your customers. A note to the owner: get better staff, your delicious food deserves better.

I wasn't a fan of eating my $14 salad from a cardboard box and to eat from a wooden fork. It was very hard to pick up my lettuce using a wooden spoon. Parking was nice and lots of desserts ? . Clean restrooms.

Wonderful food, but the atmosphere is very messy, hot and smoky.

I give 2 stars because the bread was not toasted enough it tasted like soft bread the avocado toast also I wish I took a picture of the worst looking and tasting sandwich I've ever tried to eat in my life. Yuk! Can't remember the name, it had a small slice of tomato and what was that with it a piece of cheese? At least the bread on that sandwich was toasted but it tasted bad. Not appealing. The Italian sodas was cute tho. The lady behind the counter seemed nice but I'm sorry the food was not it. Maybe it's just today I don't know.

I ate a French Cream donut today from OC, and I literally instantly called my mom who lives in Puerto Rico to fly her out because I NEED her to experience how good this was. I took the first bite and instantly felt so grateful that I live in New Milford haha, an amazing kitchen!

I’m from NY and visited this place today. The customer service was great. The staff was nice and order taking person was very welcoming and we asked her for recommendations in deserts. She suggested the almond tart and to our surprise it was the one of the best tarts I’ve had in the recent times. We were so happy and thankful for her. Also, ordered Caramel Macchiato and chai tea latte. They were really good. Very happy with the place and the service provided. A cute bakery! Would love to visit every time I come Connecticut.

So bad that I don’t know where to begin…The ordering process was miserable because the counter person couldn’t understand us. We tried to make it simple by ordering the quiche, which was barely warmed in the microwave, then put on a piece of waxed paper and into a paper bag. The coffee (that we had to ask for because she forgot it) was cold. The atmosphere is non existent. The bathroom is disgusting. We were charged for a parfait that we ended not getting. She didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted our money back. If we hadn’t asked for a copy of the receipt, we wouldn’t even have known! I could go on, but I think I made my point. Worst restaurant experience ever. Can’t believe they are still in business.

This place is unkept, the restroom is gross. The food is ok, staff nice, but it is not a place I can return to after occasionally coming here over the few years it's been around.

I wanted to love this cafe, really. But the experience gave a whole new meaning to aging in place. We stopped in for lunch and were the only customers. Four sandwiches, waited 25 minutes. Two did not need to be cooked. I get it is not fast food, but the entire ordering/food retrieval process was cumbersome and desperately needs to be streamlined. All food is served in takeout boxes, so eating a sandwich over them is awkward. Why not plates for eating in? Food was good, interesting menu. We couldn't stay for dessert (pity, they looked tasty) because the sandwiches took so long to prepare. Will we return? Probably not.

I really want to love this place. I ordered a sandwich and fruit tart for lunch. The sandwich was fantastic and well worth the $12, and the fruit tart was one of the best I ever had. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The staff wasn't rude, but also wasn't friendly. Saying "Hello" or "Welcome" would have gone a long way. I almost felt like I was in the way while waiting for my food, and I was the only one in the cafe. I might be back, not sure yet.

I'm visiting CT from Massachusetts and was looking for a delicious and healthy lunch, I wandered into OC Organic kitchen and ordered the salmon, cauliflower bowl, it was by far the best lunch I've had in...forever. The staff is lovely and I will definitely be back. I finished my meal with a chocolate dipped macaroon...priceless. Thank you OC Organic Kitchen. Best, Kelly
