Terrible service. When I walked in I didn't even see anyone behind the counter. I stood around for almost 5 minutes before someone appeared and I asked if I should I just seat myself. She said yes. I sat down and placed an order which included an appetizer and a meal. After about 20 minutes, the appetizer comes out. About 4 minutes later, my meal comes out. While eating my appetizer, which was nachos topped with a bunch of crap that obviously came out of cans, my meal was getting cold. I got the chicken BLT. If I could describe it in one word, it would be "dry". Never did the server stop over and see how I was doing or if I needed a refill of my water, which I did. When I finished my meal, I got up and walked to the counter with my glass of water, hoping to get a refill and to request my check. Once again, she was nowhere to be found. Please note that this was a Tuesday night and they were not even busy. I looked up how much I owed, left it on the table, and walked out. Never will I be back to this establishment. You must need to be really liquored up to think this place is any good. It's a good thing they sell booze.

I was just going to O’Connors for a quick bite to eat and got to watch the funniest comedians. I laughed so hard and both hosts were so funny! Such a great time, thank you!

Food was great, laid back atmosphere and attentive server. Felt like I walked into a small pub in Ireland 🇮🇪

Was visiting the town and saw they had a happy hour sign and decided to stop in. Got a couple drinks, a bunch of people next to us were playing kino so we decided to join in. Gave the bartender a $20 bill for only a $5 game and my family next to me gave a $5 bill. The female bartender named “Fernanda” returned with a $5 bill in change when i paid with a $20. I told her she owed $15 and she threw the tickets at us and said “she does not have time for this” in a very disgusting attitude. Clearly the woman cant take accountability for a little mistake that i wasn't angry about until she had a HORRIBLE attitude. I asked her to give me my money back because at that point i was completely over just trying to have a little fun because of her disgusting persona. We were minding our business after that, she continued to walk around with dirty looks and eye rolls at us and decided SHE was going to close our check. Avoid this place at all costs, ive been to many bars/pubs in my life time and have never been treated with such disrespect from a bartender. Ive seen women run a bar 10x more crowded than that and clearly this woman cant handle pressure or accountability for her own mishap. Quite pathetic. Went to the iron rail after, amazing staff and great drinks. Recommend 100000% the iron rail. The female bartender at o’conners “Fernanda” cannot handle a bar or customers shes a joke.

Don’t come here if you’re in a tank top. Apparently it’s not allowed according to the female bartender last night. SMH unbelievable

This was my 2nd attempt to visit this place, and it was still the worst service ever. The bartender with glasses had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE. Hire employees who want to be there instead of miserable ones.

I don’t know who the rude woman that acts like she owns the place is, but my friends band was playing at this establishment and me and my friends (who were all 21) had just gotten there and were talking to a friend we saw outside, and this lady came out and starts telling us that we need to leave or she’s calling the police and later threaten to kick out the entire band when i stated that it was a public sidewalk that we were on, and she did not own it. She never asked for our ID and got in my female friend’s face and kept being disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Would not recommend this place for local bands or any other kinds of functions if you want to gain a fan base or have a good time. Absolutely un-called for and disgusting behavior from that woman.

I recently visited O'Connors with a group of five people. We enjoyed our time drinking and eating until an unfortunate incident occurred. While playing pool, my pink Ray-Ban sunglasses were stolen from the table. I immediately informed a waitress, who suggested I call the next day to check the security cameras. I left my contact information, hoping for a prompt response.
The following day, I called O'Connors and was met with a condescending individual who refused to give me her name. She informed me that the manager was on vacation. I requested that she check the lost and found, but she rudely hung up on me. Over the next ten days, I repeatedly called the establishment, only to be met with the same person who hung up on me each time. The manager never returned my calls, and my sunglasses remain stolen.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The lack of honesty and customer service at O'Connors is appalling. If you're reading this, I urge you to be cautious. The refusal to check the cameras and the overall dismissive attitude of the staff seem highly suspicious. I will never return to this place and advise others to think twice before visiting.

Phenomenal food and service, came out quickly and exactly how we asked for it, very affordable and well worth what it costs. The ambiance and decoration inside is great, and outdoor seating is available. It’s an absolute must visit if you’re in the area and my go-to spot for food at the town green.
