I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee at Sonic—John. Every time I visit, he stands out for his attentiveness, professionalism, and especially his common sense—something that’s unfortunately rare these days.
One moment that really impressed me was when I ordered a simple drink. There was a line of cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, all waiting for their meals. Instead of making me wait behind them, John took the initiative to walk outside and personally hand me my drink. He didn’t have to do that, but he did—because he understands what good service means. That small action saved me time and showed that he genuinely cares about the customer experience.
John consistently goes the extra mile. Even though Sonic is considered a fast-food chain, he doesn’t treat the job or the establishment like it’s second-rate. He carries himself with the professionalism you’d expect at a high-end restaurant. When John is working, everything runs more smoothly—there’s a noticeable difference.
I truly hope John is the store manager, or that he’s on his way to becoming one. His efforts should not go unnoticed. I’m writing this review because I want Sonic’s headquarters to be aware of the kind of employee they have in him—and yes, I will be sending this directly to them as well. Employees like John make all the difference.

I am not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I’ve been to this sonic twice now, and both times the ice cream we purchased was sour. Not even just a little sour, it was completely spoiled. We thought maybe it was just a fluke the first time, but this time it was undeniably soured and spoiled ice cream.

Understaffed!!!!. Big time!!! It doesn't matter if it's inside or drive-thru if you like to wait this is the place to go, if you're noticed at all. I've gone inside walked up to the counter And have had the staff on their phone and I sat there just to see how long it would take And After Five minutes I couldn't take it any longer And had to say something Most of the staff give off the vibe as you're bothering them however there is one taller older gentleman there who appears to be frustrated all the time but with co-workers like this I'm sure I would be too he is very on top of his game make sure the food is done correctly you get it in a reasonable amount of time and apologetic when needed also Interactive. I work right down the road and for the most part enjoy certain things from Sonic but unfortunately it is just a bad experience forget about trying to go there on your lunch break I'm sharing off multiple experiences so feel that this should be a helpful review essentially in a short version you walk up hopefully you get someone who notices you if not you'll stand there until you say something or the person comes if you drive up you're going to be sitting in line for quite some time and then after you get to the window you'll be sitting there for quite some time also there's been several times I sat there for 10 minutes got to the window sat there for another 10 minutes they gave me my food and the cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers I do have to say besides the one gentleman the other male staff are not so great female staff seems to be a little bit better but again doesn't change the amount of time it takes the only difference that makes is someone smiles and apologized after you're ready to just walk out I don't understand why they can't just put more stuff in the kitchen because the person taking the order is most likely also going to be the person cooking half of the order at least which is just very unsanitary and makes the other customers wait even longer with that being said the place is clean and capped up with for the most part the food is pretty good except for a few times I've gone where again cheese wasn't melted food was cold or I had to argue with somebody about how many sauces you're allowed to have it's just a shame because the process should be so easy you should be able to walk or drive up put your order in get your order say thank you and leave but most of the time this is not the place that's going to happen

I don't get the love for Sonic . . . I can understand the quirkiness of your food brought out by folks on roller skates, but the food and drinks are meh. Got the foot long coney with chili and a cherry limeade.
I ordered a large order of the groovy fries and asked for 4 sauces so I’d have enough for my fries. The lady rudely said “one” then proceeded to say “ one or two only”. She said that they could only give 1 or 2 sauces. We pulled up to the window and she handed us the bag and there were 4 groovy sauces like I asked. The employee who took my order clearly gave mis information with how many sauces I could order. It's disappointing that it seems like the employees don’t know protocols. It shows in the app that I can order 4 groovy sauces.

Extra star for service! The drive-thru guy was super nice & patient. He offered my kid a toy even though we didn’t order any kid’s meals. The food was hot & freshly prepared. The fries & chicken tenders were perfectly cooked. The burger was pretty good too.

HORRIBLE!!!! WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!
1. We ordered online, went inside to get it and they didn’t even make it yet 2. waited 15 minutes to finally get out to go order 3. People were soooo slow making the stuff they were just sitting in the back laughing and talking. 4. On the burger they put a buttload of mustard and ruined the whole burger 5. The wraps they destroyed they burnt the bacon and it was so messy.
