Sparrow Bar + Restaurant in New Milford is a great new spot for foodies. The onion rings are a must-try, and the shrimp are perfectly cooked. The Sparrow salad is awesome. While some items may seem overpriced, like the $12 draft beer, the overall experience is worth it. The fried chicken with gravy and biscuit is amazing, and the Korean fried chicken and chilaquiles are also delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and intimate, with attentive staff like Derek. A charming place that sets the bar high for the food scene in downtown New Milford, definitely worth a visit.
