Go eat here immediately. What a fabulous restaurant. With a cocktail and dining menu that is unique and perfectly prepared. The service was warm and gracious. And the atmosphere was inviting and allowed good conversation (not only with my table, but with other guests). A gem!

Hearing great things I was excited to try Sparrow last week- loved it so much we came back with friends last night & it was just as good! My favorite so far has been the mushroom bibimbap- onion rings are a must have when I return but I want to try it all! Menu is tempting all around. Can't wait for spring to dine on the patio

Our new favorite date spot! Great drinks, great food, great service. Split a bunch of apps and shared dessert which was PHENOMENAL. The serving staff are super enthusiastic and the kitchen staff knocks it out of the park!

Wow. Flavourful dishes with a magical presentation served professionally with a smile. Tried this spot before the premier of Candlewood on Bank St last night and it does not disappoint from Veggie, to Korean and beyond these dishes are a pleasure to the pallet. Tasty fair with rotating menu. Try this place you won't be disappointed. The fried chicken for two was a awesome take on the traditional southern fare. Also this is a tapas style portion eatery understand it's quality over quantity.Vegetarian options: Many rice dishes all a succulent delight.

Food was delicious. Really inventive, and super flavorful. Service was amazing, we loved the staff and they checked in on everything! Portions are a bit small for the price point - but that’s becoming a trend in our area. We will definitely be back.

Visited this restaurant for the first time the other night! First thing I noticed was how clean, tidy, and pretty the decor was. I love the exposed brick and the simplicity. Right away we were greeted with friendly smiles and warm welcomes. I unfortunately didn't get pictures of all the food as we were starving. But I was able to get a few! We ordered the spicy margaritas, chicken biscuits, bao buns, cucumber salad, cheeseburger, cauliflower, fried chicken, onion rings, and steak skewers.I actually did not preview the menu before coming so I was very surprised with all of the unique options. The cuisine has a lot of Korean flavors. There are many small plates to pick from and a few main courses. My table shared all of the orders so we all got to taste a bite of everything!My favorite was the Bao bun, onion rings, and fried chicken. I want to thank our awesome server Hannah. She was so sweet and helpful. We had a few questions about the menu and she was patient and shared some of her favorite recommendations on the menu to help us order. Thank you Hannah for taking care of us!

Great new place! Really really amazing cocktails, we had the London, Sao, Lexington, and a few others! Food was superb... We had the elote quesadilla, onion rings, cucumber salad, curry mussels, and fried chicken bao.
Great food in a fabulous space!We had high expectations, and Sparrow really came through with flying colors.We loved everything.- the decor, the cocktails, the food, and the service (thank you Nicole!). I hear they will be serving lunch soon as well as dinner.I think this restaurant is a fabulous addition to the New Milford restaurant scene and I’m very happy to have it in our town!

Visited Sparrow for the first time, loved the atmosphere ! Started with cocktails which were exceptional , than moved to the appetizers , Chili Shrimp, Bao something rolls, remember I had a few cocktails , along with tuna . For main had Korean BBQ chicken which was absolutely amazing, along with a smashed burger and fries. We are definitely going back , can't wait.

EXCELLENT! We were devastated when the prior restaurant, Zaragoza, closed earlier this year. We are thrilled that Sparrow now exists there with a similar vibe, but with unique dishes and drinks. Every dish that we've has has been excellent. We've tried the beef skewers, the ramen special, the roots, and the onion rings -- all were amazing. We also tried four drinks, the names of all I forgot except for the London and all were really great (the London is my favorite). Can't wait to go back again and again!

Just returned home after our first visit to Sparrow. What a great addition to our local dining options. We were greeted at the bar by Steph who is one of the most personable and knowledgeablebartenders we've ever had the pleasure to meet. The drink and food menus are so interesting that we could not decide what to order so we just let "our new best friend" Steph surprise us. As the next 90 minutes unfolded we enjoyed mussels, flank steakskewers, bao buns, onion rings and a sesame cucumber salad. The cocktails were interesting and amazing. We talked about the food and Steph all the way home. The owner made his way around the tables. So nice to talk to. These are people who deserve our support. Can't wait to return!
