Really bad service and my latte was all milk and no coffee. Worst Starbucks experience and very dirty to boot.

I ordered four drinks and added more inclusion,However, when I went in to pick up the order, my drink looked very bland, and I only had a little dried fruit. When I tried to communicate with the lady, she told me that I needed to pay more money. I tried to communicate with her, but she was not very patient. Fortunately, there was another older lady at this time. She was very kind and communicated with me patiently. Finally, she solved my problem for me.

This is our go-to Starbucks. The staff does an amazing job of keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. The drive-thru staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love the little comments/drawings on our cups!

This is my go to Starbucks. I think the staff does a great job of dealing with walk-in, drive up and mobile orders in a timely manner. Sometimes things take a few extra minutes and that should be expected. If I do end up waiting a bit someone always asks about my order. The staff is always friendly and appreciates a “thank you” for your food or drinks. I appreciate all of them and always have a positive experience! Thank you!

The worker there made my day! I was not feeling well and she immediately started to give helpful recommendations and I tried out a new drink today. Their staff also wrote a very cute message on the cup. My best Starbucks experience so far!

Very uncomfortable experience with the staff here. All very chatty and judgmental with looks and service. I walked in and was stared at as if I wasn’t meant to be in the building. Then my bakery item came out like a brick, and my latte came out like water, bad service and worse product.

Went today and saw a barista sneeze on my coffee and still attempt to serve it. The crew members were laughing and talking while not staying busy and working, my sneezed on coffee was also not mixed and missing about two inches off the top. I will NEVER spend another dollar at Starbucks again.

If I go on a weekday before 9:30 my drink is made perfectly. Any time after that or on the weekends and it’s awful. 2 inches in the cup with nothing but air, the espresso shots taste burnt and there’s clearly not full pumps of the mocha I asked for. It’s unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks available in this town because I’d rather just not go there any more than waste money on something I know is going to be awful.

I stopped by on a weekday around 11a. A non-regular starbucks customer, I inquired about whether an advertised “ice” drink could also be made “hot”. The server helped customize a drink for me, and then the person who made my drink let me taste it before confirming the “level of sweetness” was ok! I felt extra-bonus looked after. My “warmed up” chocolate croissant was also delish. Thanks to the staff on shift for a good experience!

I can honestly say I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has paid so much attention to my order. Starbucks offers countless options for customers, and it’s crucial to have the right staff to execute those requests perfectly. While some customers may be particular or have detailed preferences, that’s what excellent customer service is all about and this location absolutely excels at it.
This brings me to the reason for my review: ROMAN and EVEREST. Roman took my complicated order with such patience and care, making sure every detail was accurate. Everest, on the other hand, executed the order flawlessly, down to the tiniest detail. The teamwork between these two was truly outstanding.
Anyone familiar with drive-thru service knows it’s often a gamble you usually hope the order is “close enough” and settle for what you get. But this was a completely different experience. My drink was perfect, as if I had made it myself.
I am incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, patience, and genuine concern these two showed for one customer out of their busy day. Roman and Everest deserve all the recognition for going above and beyond, and I sincerely hope they’re there every time I stop in. They’ve set the standard for what customer service should be. We’ll definitely be back!
