In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I ordered four drinks and added more inclusion，However, when I went in to pick up the order, my drink looked very bland, and I only had a little dried fruit. When I tried to communicate with the lady, she told me that I needed to pay more money. I tried to communicate with her, but she was not very patient. Fortunately, there was another older lady at this time. She was very kind and communicated with me patiently. Finally, she solved my problem for me.

This is our go-to Starbucks. The staff does an amazing job of keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. The drive-thru staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love the little comments/drawings on our cups!

This is my go to Starbucks. I think the staff does a great job of dealing with walk-in, drive up and mobile orders in a timely manner. Sometimes things take a few extra minutes and that should be expected. If I do end up waiting a bit someone always asks about my order. The staff is always friendly and appreciates a “thank you” for your food or drinks. I appreciate all of them and always have a positive experience! Thank you!
