Sometimes when I visit this place, there are young men working. Previously, I chose the half braid option, but they charged me a lot more than expected. When I brought it up, they told me to just take some more items. I understand—people can make mistakes.

What’s important is what happened next. When I visited again, the same thing happened. I believe the store owner definitely needs to be aware of this.

Regardless of the reason, it’s completely normal for a customer to ask questions. However, glaring at the customer and causing a scene is not professional behavior for someone who is there to work. I believe this kind of attitude is inappropriate.

Hours online say they close at 8 and I arrived at 7:20 and the heavier set man and other guy with the curly hair were running out of the building after closing early. Big waste of time if you’re not following your online hours. If you close early have the online hours reflect that.

Overcharging on extra cheese. Almost $2 more for 4 more slices of cheese. That's nuts plus they wouldn't let me use my rewards. I could enter my # to get my rewards but she wouldn't let me use my rewards. The Spanish lady needs to work on her customer service skills. I won't go back to this location

Don't eat here. Main overweight manager or owner is beyond rude. Has a limited vocabulary where she Loves to tell customers the word no.- When I asked her name -no- when I asked for an extra bag- no- when I asked for extra Napkins- no at first then she gave me 2.Everyone who works here looks dead inside. It's probably bc that main lady's energy is rubbing off on everyone else. There's no reason that 2 teen boys would be that emotionless and empty looking. No joking around, not even a smile.The only positive I had this time around was that the boys made my sandwich carefully and didn't rush just slapping it together like the mean lady usually does.*main lady
