Hours online say they close at 8 and I arrived at 7:20 and the heavier set man and other guy with the curly hair were running out of the building after closing early. Big waste of time if you’re not following your online hours. If you close early have the online hours reflect that.

Overcharging on extra cheese. Almost $2 more for 4 more slices of cheese. That's nuts plus they wouldn't let me use my rewards. I could enter my # to get my rewards but she wouldn't let me use my rewards. The Spanish lady needs to work on her customer service skills. I won't go back to this location

Don't eat here. Main overweight manager or owner is beyond rude. Has a limited vocabulary where she Loves to tell customers the word no.- When I asked her name -no- when I asked for an extra bag- no- when I asked for extra Napkins- no at first then she gave me 2.Everyone who works here looks dead inside. It's probably bc that main lady's energy is rubbing off on everyone else. There's no reason that 2 teen boys would be that emotionless and empty looking. No joking around, not even a smile.The only positive I had this time around was that the boys made my sandwich carefully and didn't rush just slapping it together like the mean lady usually does.*main lady

This place should really not be in business. Placed an online order for pickup at 621pm. I arrived at 650pm while someone else was having their online pickup order made while they were waiting there. During that time, another woman came in looking for her pickup order she placed 45 mintues ago. She then left leaving me in the store by myself. While this woman was making what I thought was my order 2 more people come in. By the time the orders done, I go up to get it which is when she tells me it’s not my order. Absolute bs. By now it’s 715 and I’m still waiting for my order to be made. This woman is rude and also took her mask off while making what I thought was my food. I try not to leave bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous.
