Very cool old tavern. Food was very good we had the nachos, wings and mozzarella sticks. Theres a nice little outdoor area to eat and it looked like you could play cornhole. I will definitely go back.
Went here with my wife for dinner not realizing that you can't get dinner until after 4pm. Unfortunately we were there at 2PM and they can't deviate from the posted time for dinner (our mistake). Wife started off with the chili which was very meaty but watery. I started off with the fried calamari which was tender but soggy. Wife had the Philly cheese steak with extra cheese which they had forgotten. Said sandwich was decent but don't care much for coated fries....
We live in NYC but come to the area every weekend. We went with our 3 little boys so the yard games on the gravel were a huge plus. The servers were so friendly and informative on the menu. I ordered the fish tacos - excellent. My husband ordered the steak and said it was one of the best steaks he’s had (which says a lot). The prices are what you can expect for a mid to higher end restaurant. The sangria was delicious. Will definitely be back again (and again)!
