A number of months ago during a visit to New Milford, my wife and I had dinner at Vegas Mexican Kitchen. At that time, we were very much impressed with our entire meal. From the appetizer, to the entree and dessert, the food was excellent. It was a welcome experience.Flash forward to this past Wednesday. On a return trip to the area we decided Vegas Mexican Kitchen would be our choice for first night dinner. We were very pleased to find our dining experience was as exceptional as the first visit.Having traveled a bit we realize good authentic Mexican cuisine is hard to find, especially in New England. We have to say this is the best Mexican restaurant we have been to in a very long time.Every item we had tasted fresh, was not overly spiced and the portions were plentiful. The sauces were thick and had the proper flavor from what we would consider central Mexico. From the kitchen staff to the servers, they made our meal a delightful experience. If you want good traditional Mexican, The Vegas Mexican Kitchen is the place to go.Sigan con el buen trabajo. Nos vemos en el viaje de regreso.

Walked in on Saturday night, sat at the bar 10-15 minutes. Ordered a Margarita and a beer, after a few sips, our table ready, and we were seated pretty quickly, even though they were busy. Got the chips and salsa, so good had to get a second order. I ordered the shredded beef chimichangas, my husband got the chicken chimichangas, both tasted great We each had to take one of them home with us, couldn't finish them. No dessert, we were too full. Service was impeccable. Will definitely be going back. Only suggestion is maybe turning the lights down a little at dinner time . Place is cute, normal Mexican restaurant decor.

I love this place! Fantastic chips and salsa, delicious rice and beans, I loved my flautas and the margaritas are amazing perfect. This is also a surprise pop as it is tough to find good Mexican food in Litchfield County.

Great Great Mexican food.I eat a lot of Mexican food and this place offers everything you'd expect and a few dishes you don't often see.The owner, or manager walks the floor making sure everything is running smoothly and he runs a tight ship..it shows. In a world where I see a general decline in service and customer care, this place offers great food with the service to match.

Best Mexican food in CT! Service superb. The ambience has some issues as bar often is too noisy but food quality makes up for it.

We really enjoyed Vegas. Great service (the people are so nice) and the food was delicious. Nachos were loaded with toppings. Quesadillas were large with rice and beans and guac -- loads of food. We look forward to eating there again. Soon.

Met up with my brother in New Milford, CT and he took us to his favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. They opened 6 months ago but had their Grand Opening Black Friday. The place is nicely set up inside. Large with various seating. The service was great. Staff is very friendly . Owner came by to chat with us and make sure everything was great. They bring you in-house chips and salsa excellent. Guacamole was great and quicky enjoyed. Stuffed Jalapenos had a great flavor to them with some heat. Lots of cheese. Pollo Al Pastor Tacos, Mole Poblano, Camaron Street Tacos and Big Papi were all excellent and large portions. Left overs. Parking is street or by RR Station. Highly recommended

This is THE greatest Mexican restaurant in the New Milford/Brookfield/Danbury area. We were so excited for it to open and it really held up. We try a something new each time we go and each item on the menu so far is a 15/10. The staff is so sweet and welcoming every time. We usually come in a little before closing when we're in a pinch to grab dinner. They are accommodating each time. You can tell it is a staff of people who really care. -Also the margaritas are amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: There is one big step at the front door. The staff is super helpful and accommodating, but getting inside is not wheelchair friendly. If you can get over the one step- then you will be okay once you get inside.
