Exceptionally rude order taker. Manager backed him up. Will never eat there again.

Don’t bother trying to get the breakfast from here. I’m giving a 1star because TWICE now I place a mobile order for breakfast and TWICE now I pull up to the drive-thru and their intercom says they are CLOSED and to come back during hours. Mind you it’s 7:45am and it says they are OPEN at 7am. Today 7/10 there were 2 cars in the parking lot and I saw people walking around in the building. I parked off to the side in a different lot just to be sure they were open before ordering and when I saw the cars and the people(workers) inside I placed the order. I sat for a few minutes to give them time then pulled around to the drive thru. Get the automated message that they were CLOSED and to come back during hours, ONCE AGAIN it was 7:45am. I pull up to the window and both workers have managed to “disappear”. I park my car and check the doors and they were locked. So I had to cancel my order and not get my breakfast before I had to be to work. So once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for allowing me to NOT have breakfast. If you aren’t going to be open when your hours say you are open you really need to just change it.

Yesterday, July 8th, I stopped here to grab a Dave’s Single Cheeseburger with everything except ketchup and mayo…
I placed my order at the drive thru speaker and was to that I can come to the window and that I “should be all set”.
If you read this far, and noticed the ratings, you could speculate that my burger had ketchup AND mayo on it.
Well, you would be correct.
Way to ruin a burger. When I am working, I have just enough time to stop at a drive thru and grab something quickly, not to go back after I am down the road biting into disappointment, disguised as a cheeseburger.
When I first looked at it (as in attached photo) I did not see any condiments.
From there, on my first bite, I realized someone added the ketchup. A few bites later, while suffering from the ketchup, I found the mayonnaise section.
I ate it and it was Lousy!
After all this, if & in case you’re still interested in going here, just realize the exit from the drive thru is a bit awkward.
Back to the yuck burger:
I don’t know who goofed, either the female working the drive thru (didn’t enter the information) or the person that made my burger (failed to follow instructions), but someone stinks at their job. Fumble!!
You only get one chance to make a first impression and you choked.
It will be a long time until I return to this location. By then, it will probably be a whole different crew…
FYI, I hate ketchup and mayonnaise on a burger.
Ketchup is bad enough, but mayonnaise on a cheeseburger… sick
Most Wendy’s locations can handle leaving the ketchup and mayonnaise off when asked.
I like Wendy’s a lot, but would love it if the Dave’s Single Cheeseburger didn’t automatically come with ketchup and mayonnaise… for what it’s worth…

The inside is regularly dirty. The drive through menu prices are not accurate as i was charged more than what the menu said when I got to the window

Darleni was an amazing employee. I do not know her personally, but we watched her work ethnic and she was working like crazy doing a bunch of different jobs at once all right with a smile on her face and she was very kind. When I asked her names to, we could leave a specific review just for her.

Ordered a number 7 combo, big bacon classic with medium fries and a drink. On the menu it says 11.99. My total was 14 something. I had to pull around to wait for the burger and was a little confused on the price so i looked at my receipt and it said double big bacon classic, not what i ordered and it wasnt on the menu in the drivethru under #7. I checked on the app to make sure it was correct, added everything i just ordered and it was around 12 someting, a double is a 1.70 more. I went inside and told them im sorry i didnt order a double, i just ordered the single like on the menu and the girl said oh we just always put it as a double unless you ask. It wasnt mentioned at the speaker when i ordered so im not sure why they’d just assume i want a double. Why would it be a double if its advertised as a single? Theres not even writing underneath it saying a double or a tripple is even offered. Im sure its not the girls fault, must be some greedy manager or owner that’s forcing the employees to upcharge customers in hopes they dont realize and think they got an “upgrade” for free. No one apologized to me besides the girl offering that explanation, i shouldn’t have apologized it wasn’t my fault, I ordered what was on the menu. I felt a little silly going back in over a couple of dollars but it just didn’t make sense that a normal burger with fries and a drink was almost 15$, especially from a fast food restaurant. I dont normally order wendys but this experience is definitely going to not make me want to order from them again.

I ordered food this evening I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the girl that took my order immediately asked me if I'd like to make it a large and I was like sure that's fine even though I actually kind of wanted a medium but whatever I get my food and drink and they have given me a medium fry and a medium drink even though I was charged for a large meal I know it's not that big of a difference but the girl is the one who pushed for the large and they didn't give me a large

Good burgers, quality fries, and a budget-friendly price point. If you’re looking a dessert option, stick with the classic Frosty and skip their new Cinnabon collaboration.
Easily, the worst part about this location is their drive-thru. The set up is narrow, haphazard, and often slow-moving. Regardless, the food at Wendy’s continues to deliver.

They use the dining room as a living room with non employees just laying around in the seats. Food terrible and cold almost like they had no training on cooking. No wonder nobody ever dines in. Bad for business.
