Most recent visit was just for a burger (pretty good), better than some places but a fast food burger after all. Their strawberry lemonade is very good. No actual strawberries but tasty. Not as good as Sonic (has strawberries) but good enough. Frostys are excellent. Heaven in a cup. Seldom more than 1-2 cars ahead of me in drive-through.

I said I have allergies to tomatoes and someone put inside tomatoes and took out , you can see there is tomato seeds there , I showed them and they still say that's not a tomato that's part of the chicken , yes who believe that . Horrible customer service. Not worth the come , there is more better food and service in the area . Never this location again

The food was great but the place is pretty dirty. It sounded like I was walking on a movie theater floor, I didn't see one employee wiping tables for the hour that I was there, there was poop on the floor of the bathroom, and French fries in the fake fireplace (??). They just need to clean more.

Felt like it was about 76 degrees inside. The floors were sticky in some spots and slippery in others. First place I have been to that had both sticky and slippery floors.

I went to The New Milford, ct Wendy's about 9:00 am and placed an order to eat inside. It was 80 degrees outside and the dining area seemed warm not cool. I asked the manager is the a/c on she said "I don't know how to work the A/C and they don't pay me enough to learn." What kind of answer is that. Poor attitude for a manager.
My Dave's double was nasty, tasted like the burgers were old! Also the chicken nuggets were rubbery and undercooked! Dining room could use a good cleaning, as well as the tabletops! No excuses as they were not that busy!
