Five Star Diner! Seriously, this is everything that the quintessential (Greek) diner is supposed to be. Classic in every regard. The food is great, the service is terrific and the location is ideal. And this place has been good for generations. If you're in the area, this is a must go for a meal that will always be as good as you remembered. Perfect for first timers too!
This is about as an all American diner experience as can be had. The bonus are the pies, cakes, éclairs, breads and cinnamon rolls and other desserts. I had the meatloaf supper. Outstanding! The portions were very plentiful with enough to take home for two more meals. The savory mushroom gravy was the crown jewel of the plate. Don't miss this Connecticut highlight when passing through
Parking: The diner seems to be quite popular and had quite a few patrons. There was still plenty of parking. We were interested in shaded parking, of which there was plenty.

Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp was quite evident and led to the main entrance. Even though for this visit, we did not have a need for the ramp. Since my spouse is wheelchair bound but was not with us for this trip, this is something I notice.
