By far the best Dunkin i have been too. I bought a coffee today at a different location and did not like it at all. I happened to drive by this location and explained my situation with the coffee I bought. Jeffery was so kind to remake me a new coffee and it is definitely the best coffee I’ve ever got at a Dunkin location. I highly recommend stopping by here, Jeffery was amazing.

I can’t say enough good about this special location. Yes the food is great and the TEAM here is out of this world. I’ve been visiting here since I moved to Newtown 6 years ago and their team members Theresa, Hayley and Bradley know me by name and my order, and they always wish me a great day. It’s a special place. This isn’t just a Dunkin - this is our local legend coffee shop.

The service here is always incredible, good food and it comes out in time. I come here often for lunch since I work close by. I ordered a sandwich that I couldn’t pick up until an hour later which they made for me no problem after they threw it out, thinking I would not pick it up. Evan was able to help me out and get me all set up so shout out to him!

It's Dunkin Donuts. So you already know what to expect, as far as the food goes. I like the coffee but I know it's not everybody's taste - especially the starbucks crowd who think they're drinking good coffee there. It's bitter crap. Dunkin also has better tasting food than Starbucks. But the best part about this location is the employees. I would bring my daughter here once a week during the school year. By the time we would get to the front of the line, they were already handing me my coffee and knew what my daughter wanted. Very friendly and very attentive people. It's that type of service that makes this a go to.

This place is definitely run by high school drop outs who can’t make an order right since they too busy talking. It’s newtown they acting like it’s Hartford, made my order wrong because they not paying attention to nothing. Having friends come by and talking instead of doing they damn job.
