This place is definitely run by high school drop outs who can’t make an order right since they too busy talking. It’s newtown they acting like it’s Hartford, made my order wrong because they not paying attention to nothing. Having friends come by and talking instead of doing they damn job.

I ordered a hot chai tea and was given cold. When my boyfriend was paying his app had sufficient funds for the order but when we scanned his app it wouldn’t take the money. When he asked the cashiers how come it wasn’t working he was given an inappropriate amount of attitude and rudeness. When I made mention that my chi should have been hot like I asked for the response I received was a shrug of the shoulders and the person walked away.

well the girl working the food section had her long hair everywhere and I found a hair in my croissant sandwich, she was unprofessional looking in fuzzy pajama pants which come on I get it it's dunkin but look more professional. as well as she burnt and the cheese and overcooked just about everything else. morning staff is amazing though

staff was obviously high and was physically unable to read the flavor options for my coffee and randomly started laughing. very uncomfortable and only drugged teenage staff. extremely unprofessional how they’re allowed to work when they can’t even tell me my options. coffee was good though, just go to a different dunkin’

Pleasant and helpful staff but not well trained for cash transactions. The kindly, mature lady who is waiting in line before me returned an extra one dollar in change to the clerk because he had miscounted the total bill. They were lucky sometimes customers might not be so honest. This is basic skills counting down from a larger bill. Management should include cash training as essential part of operating a cash register. For me I paid $3.96 via Apple Pay, but received a small coffee and two donuts. I think that might be slightly under priced.

I stopped for a coffee and noticed many teens. Definitely a great and safe place for the local teens to hang out after school. Great to see a place that lets these teens continue to be kids!
