Pleasant and helpful staff but not well trained for cash transactions. The kindly, mature lady who is waiting in line before me returned an extra one dollar in change to the clerk because he had miscounted the total bill. They were lucky sometimes customers might not be so honest. This is basic skills counting down from a larger bill. Management should include cash training as essential part of operating a cash register. For me I paid $3.96 via Apple Pay, but received a small coffee and two donuts. I think that might be slightly under priced.

I stopped for a coffee and noticed many teens. Definitely a great and safe place for the local teens to hang out after school. Great to see a place that lets these teens continue to be kids!

I heard the $1.99 ice coffee promo on the radio. I went in to buy one and was told the promo must have run out. I asked if they participate in national marketing campaigns and they ensured me they did. Sure as s*** the campaign is still running today. They're full of it so I won't be returning. Dishonest.

Well, maybe I am not used to being treated with dignity and respect coming from New York ?.....but this is how Dunkin Donuts is supposed to be!!! What a pleasant experience from start to finish. Why can't New York hire kids who are respectful? Coffee and the service here was perfect!???

Dirty, clueless and disorganized! Without a doubt the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I was ignored at the counter for a few minutes and left without ordering. No drive-up either.
