The food is definitely great, but the prices are a bit high for Newtown. My son had the hanger steak, my wife and I had the scallops, and my other son had a hamburger. The total came to nearly $200 for all four of us, which felt a bit steep.
Had a really great time at Farmhouse. It has a lovely atmosphere with a old style New England look. The Food was great, with plenty of choices for everyone's taste. It was very busy and the staff seemed a little stressed and yet they did a great job, everything came out on time and there were plenty of smiles.
I just love this restaurant. Michelle could not be more cordial. The bar tenders are fun and the drinks great. Then you go in to the dining room where the waiters/waitresses are amazing and the food is wonderful. I have had the salmon, and tonight the seafood linguini, my husband LOVED the sword fish two months ago and tonight the Tai Shrimp. The service is amazing and the food wonderful. This is truly our new favorite restaurant. Just an awesome night. Again.
