We found menu to be somewhat limited. Prices were a little above average..not too bad. Charged us $4 for bread with our salad. Waiter was apologetic about it and at first said it would be $5. We found it odd that the place was near empty on a Friday night. We were seated in a room with 14 other tables by ourselves for the entire meal (6:30-8:30) Other rooms were occupied but not busy. Food good!
The restaurant is lovely, good selection of items in the menu and I think I didn't really need a reservation as it was just moderately busy. There were 3 tables of large families with alotta kids; the noise level was a little too intense to have a nice dining experience. Maybe a week night would be more enjoyable.
Foundry has so many incredible and unique vegan options that you can't get from anywhere else in the area. I'm so glad Chef Matt is back! Every vegan meal he crafts is perfection and I love seeing what he cooks up on Wednesday nights for Vegan Night! The staff is great and very friendly. Service can be slower on super busy nights but the food is always worth the wait. Cocktails are really good also. Overall, really enjoy coming to Foundry- it's our go-to spot in...
