I was impressed by this delicious Nepalese restaurant in Newtown! It's a beautifully decorated restaurant and the food was delicious. We had the Shrimp Korma, Chicken Tika Masala, and Chicken Biryani, highly recommend!

100/100! We were excited to try this restaurant and it surpassed our expectations. The food was phenomenal. We tried a few apps, different entries, some tea, cocktails, and a dessert. I’ve been dreaming of every single item ever since and can’t wait to try them all again. The staff were SO GREAT. You can tell they really enjoyed explaining all of the meals and we loved chatting about the different teas. We were there for our anniversary and the staff absolutely made our night by bringing us a dessert with a candle and letting us ring the gong. So cute. The food was out of this world, but the staff really made the entire experience incredible. Can’t wait to be a regular here.

Jewel of Himalaya is truly a gem in Connecticut! I had the pleasure of trying their thali, and it was absolutely amazing – the mutton and veg korma were standout dishes, bursting with flavor.
