Just hat a Hot Italian pizza with pepperoni and we sampled 5 different beers. Everything was delicious. They were packed inside and out but the service remained excellent!!!

Terrific place to get good beers and fresh pizza! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beer is delicious and the brewery and surrounding grounds are a good place to meet with friends and family.

Don’t waste your time. They have many silly rules that make me regret going the once or twice I end up there with friends unfortunately. You can’t order pizza without a table. Very silly. The music plays for ten minutes about once an hour leaving kids waiting for a long time. Staff is not very nice. Never had a good experience. I honestly hate going here and try not to.

A truly great brewery with an outdoor space for live music. BUT…$10 for a High Noon? C’mon, don’t be jerks…give us a reasonable option for our dates that drink beer. Change it to $7 like most of your beers and I’ll delete this post.

NewSylum is such a fun spot. The beer is great and their pizza stacks up well against some of our other favorites in CT. The ambiance is really unique and when the weather permits they have seating outside as well. Take a walk around Fairfield Hills and then treat yourself to a cold one!

Great atmosphere, staff very knowledgeable, great music and the BEST beer I have had at any CT brewery. Just a good time, everyone had fun and felt comfortable. Make sure you order the Bavarian Pretzel with the German Pilsner.

Fantastic brew-pub with a rotating selection of beers made on location and a selection of finger food (pizza, hot dog, pretzel, etc) available. Everything from lagers to IPAs to wheat on tap. There is outdoor seating on warmer days and live music occasionally. Great place to relax, have a beer and let the kids run around outside.
