For the second week in a row, we ordered eggplant “a La Nicks” and devoured it both times. You could actually taste the eggplant instead of a heavy flour or breading! The sauce was perfect… my husband and I can’t wait to order from Nick’s catering menu…thank you!Sorry, it disappeared too soon to take photos!

Let me start from saying I cook on a daily basis and I consider myself a good cook, so I have knowledge what food is outstanding.So here is my opinion about Nick's Caterer service:1. Extremely happy we order from Nick, the food was delicious and every single guest commented on the freshness/quality. We had a set time for delivery but due to traffic, most of our guest arrived late & Nick was kind enough to push back delivery so the food would arrive hot. Number saved for the next party we host.

Found Nick's Catering at the Southbury Farmer's Market offering prepared meals to go that you bring home, heat and serve.....Amazing!! I purchased Eggplant Ala Nick for myself and Chicken Parmesan for my son. My son who is 9, but a foodie like his Mama says it's one of the best he has had. The eggplant is excellent and it's such a nice thing to find homemade, not pre-purchased breaded eggplant that many places use. I look forward to trying more of Nick's meals.
