Favorite were the Cheese Plate and the Scottish Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and presentation on all dishes was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The entire experience was very European, beautifully presented food, attention to detail. Service was timed perfectly.

Unfortunately, the aggressive service overshadowed our overall dining experience. The pros: Excellent cocktails and wines. Great apps: crab cakes, gem salad and short rib flatbread. Salmon, pork chop and tagliatelle were excellent entrees. The chicken was a bit salty and the cod was not so flavorful as the salmon. All food beautifully presented. The macarons served with coffee were a very nice touch. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about menu. Cons: I agree with another reviewer that literally everything felt a bit rushed (order taking) and some table items were whisked away as quickly as possible by our particular server including the actual menus and drinks that were still half-filled. It was not as relaxing a meal as it could have been in this dark and intimate space. We had a later reservation with a 2.5 hour window for our party of 6. There was no one waiting for our table as we left. Sometimes less is more.

The food was incredible. I'm vegan, so there is always one vegan entree on menu and it's always delicious. Our server, Ashley, was great, very attentive but not obtrusive at all. My husband enjoyed his food as well. I have never dined upstairs, and I never will again. It's a lovely room but next to kitchen. We were by ourselves for most of meal, then a party of eight was seated. It was nice to have company. We will go back again and again, but make sure we get table on main floor or at the bar. Thank you!

We reserved a table upstairs, but was put downstairs (requires an cc to make reservation.). I ordered a fish dish that arrived with meat on it. When I brought it up- the manager aggressively mentioned that it was on the menu (in a different language) despite my ordering this dish regularly (for the past 5 years) w/o meat. We ordered the cheese plate and it was delivered without any information regarding what cheese was which. We ordered dessert and it sat for 25 minutes on the table without our having been provided any utensils. When we paid the check they sent macaroons- but no information on what type of macaroons.
