I always leave happy - bagels are fresh and warm every single time. They’re soft inside with the perfect outer crunch. You can buy 3 min at a time plus the cream cheese (scallion is amazing and my go-to)! They’re friendly inside, too!
i ordered a dozen bagels with 2 schmears to my niece the order was charged right away bagels were cold and no schmears i called no one to answer the phone need this resolved

I wish I could review these bagels. I placed an order for delivery that was supposed to arrive at 945 this morning. It's 11:38 and they still aren't here. No way to communicate with the store. I have been communicating with Ryan for an hour who was going to resolve it immediately. I have house guests and this was their breakfast that never arrived. It's almost lunch time so I guess we skip breakfast and move onto lunch. $42 for bagels Plus delivery charged to my card. And no bagels. So if you don't want bagels but would like to pay for them, you should order from Pop Up in Newtown CT.

6 bagels and 1 schmear for $22. Bagels were good crunch and warm but I wouldn't rate them the best I ever had. The cream cheese size was a decent size tube ,good taste smooth and creamy. This location the service was in and out.

Great bagels at a premium price. The bagels are incredible when they are still hot and fresh. We had the Chipotle honey cream cheese and the scallion cream cheese which were both amazing. I would rate this place 5 stars if it didn't cost $42 for a dozen bagels.

We’ve heard so much hype about PopUp, so we drove down to Newtown to pick up a half dozen. Super quick, but we wish the guy behind the counter had been a bit friendlier. The bagels were warm, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the scallion cream cheese “schmear” was tasty. I liked the rip and dip idea. We would put them in our top 5 in CT! We’ll be back to try more of their schmear specials!
People first. You want to build a good business you hire the right people. I met Gianni this morning she was very kind. As we spoke I told her that I just had a baby, and she hooked me up. When the manager reads this make sure you give her a raise. You can have the best food in the world but if you have nasty people working for you, your business will fail. She's a keeper.

Best bagels I’ve had in Fairfield county. The schmears are great, the cinnamon butter changed my life. Employees were very polite and helpful.

Greatest bagels. I’m sooo glad they opened one in Newtown. I always buy them in Fairfield. The bagels are the freshest with the least amount of ingredients and the ingredients pop uses are the very best and as healthy as possible !! I just can’t believe that the hours in Newtown are limited!!! Westport and Fairfield are daily hours!! I hope Newtown will soon be the same!!
