Project Pizza Has Great New Owners and Amazing Food
You can tell right away that Project Pizza has a new owner who really cares about the place. The restaurant feels clean and friendly as soon as you walk in. This care shows in the food, and everything we ate was delicious.
The pizza crust was perfect-both crispy and soft. We tried a slice of the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and all the flavors worked great together. The Shrimp Alfredo was delicious with a creamy Alfredo sauce.
We also ordered a steak and cheese grinder. It was loaded with tender steak and lots of melted cheese on a fresh roll.
The owner works hard to make sure all his customers are happy, which makes the experience even better. Because of the great food and friendly service, we highly recommend Project Pizza and will definitely be going back soon.

We normally enjoy pizza from Project but tonight we had paninis. They were not pressed panini sandwiches. I got the classic and it was not what was listed on the menu. It had tomatoes with balsamic when it was supposed to have roasted red pepper with honey mustard. The sandwiches were on little grinder rolls. Not what I expected.
Got the cheese slices and all I can say is, Damn! Was helped out by Shaban and he provided excellent service which made for a perfect atmosphere paired with my new favorite pizza. The pizza was light and airy with a perfect crisp at the base without the typical char. No flop, perfect crisp, acidity canceled out on the sauce and the right amount of real cheese! Not greasy, perfect flavor, not too much salt, huge slices, clean and sleek atmosphere. Definitely sold on the pizza, atmosphere and kickass staff!

Horrible rude blonde not first encounter with her! Worst customer service second time!! My family owns a few businesses in town and we give our customers #1 treatment! Never again will I enter that place! Sometimes it is your first impression to make or break it but I gave it another go to be completely sure and I was right! Horrible!!!!!
