Fairly busy for a Starbucks in a rural CT town. I spent most of the way working remotely, took a few zoom calls. No one seemed to mind. Strong wifi, not a lot of outlets, though.

I'm a Dunkin donuts girl. But wanted to try what everyone talks about at my work. I didn't know what the drinks were called so I asked the employee. He was NO help. Took forever to get our order.

The staff speaks in such rude patronizing tones to customers that I almost feel guilty for ordering from there. It’s a busy location but if you can’t handle it, maybe it isn’t for you. There’s a few nice baristas but 9/10 times it’s someone who is fake sticky sweet and seems inconvenienced by your visit in the drive thru.

The drive-through staff is sometimes rude. A couple of time a month there are coffee grounds floating in my dark roast. The most disappointing aspect of this Starbucks is the small number of tables. Many are occupied by people who are working; one person at a table that seats more. Some stay all day. This is unfair to customers who want to relax with a coffee and meet friends. There isn’t room for these customers. I’d love for this problem to be solved.

Person working the drive thru window added unauthorized tip at 10:05am 12/18/24... total was $5.85 for a standard cold brew with cream. I used Apple Pay. Normally they leave reader showing for tip to be added, which is fine. I tip about 50% of the time, but for a $6 standard cold brew, I can't justify it every time when I occasionally go. The person at window pulled scanner away after payment registered. I saw the notification for payment on my phone a few hours later to see $6.85 was charged... meaning the person at window added a $1 tip as I left. I don't care for the $1, but the principal fact the person thinks it is okay for them to add an unauthorized tip is awful. Makes me wonder how often this happens to other people. Check your employees Starbucks...

Friendliest Starbucks in the state, and just remodeled! That's why they're so busy. New cafe furniture is also on the way. Be patient!! They're still learning the new systems. Easy on/off highway.
Kid-friendliness: Families often come in together.

The best Starbucks in the area. My drink is done consistently correct and everyone is super friendly! The parking lot is horrible but that’s not their fault. Love this starbs!

Tipping for an in store purchase is crazy, I understand a delivery service. but I have never been asked for a tip at any Starbucks location directly and on a screen. Pay your employees more.
