I am visiting from Florida and love Indian cuisine. We found Tamarind and had a great meal. The menu offer a variety of excellent dishes I have never seen on another menu. The waitress Ash and the owner took the time to explain many dishes and region they were from. I had a shrimp dish with coconut milk that was excellent. The naan was the best I have ever tried and the noodle dish was also great.

One of the best Indian foods. Actually taste like Indian food and not some mass produced generic version.

We visited after looking at reviews. We are overall satisfied with food.
We ordered Manchow Veg Soup, Fried momo, Lasooni Gobi, Jack fruit biryani,Mango lassi.
Everything is on spot,
Soup was good but not spicy ,
We loved Fried momo so much that we are still craving for it now 😋,
Lasooni Gobi was crispy, Tangy and good again not spicy
We rarely see Jack fruit biryani at Indian restaurants, not that spicy but we liked it.
Lassi is good not sugary like outside , less sweet and tangy.
Will definitely visit again .

Amazing discovery! After a stunning ride to Kent Falls, we found this hidden gem on our way back to NY. Our table was filled with mouthwatering dishes – Hot Sour soup, mixed grill, Hara Bhara kebabs, Hyderabadi Biryani, and Chana masala. Unanimous rave reviews from our crew of 6! 🤩

This was my first and most likely last experience here. I had ordered veg biryani and veg Manchurian gravy to pickup. I was told that it will take 30 minutes as if it will be made in traditional way and from scratch . However when I got it, I realized that the cook simply made a fried rice from already cooked white basmati rice. The veg Manchurian was very soggy and tasted like tomato curry with veg balls. Very disappointing and tasteless experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tamarind Indian Restaurant, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was exceptionally flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish was rich in authentic spices and cooked to perfection — a true celebration of Indian cuisine.

Nice restaurant. Good food but very very spicy dishes. Even medium spicy was over-the-top spicy. Table next to us agreed the food was incredibly spicy to eat.

Chicken quality was sub par. I have eaten at many Indian Restaurants and the food is just ok. If you think this is good Indian, you haven’t eaten good Indian food. Atmosphere and service was very good.

The food was good, but service was very slow on more than one occasion. unfortunately only one waitress for the whole place which was busy, she was also making the drinks. She also isnt the friendliest waitstaff, seems annoyed when we ask a question about the menu. We Had to wait a long time just to get a fork to eat with and some water. Seating is very close to the next table as well
