Food was good, especially the eggplant parmigiana! Pick up order wasn’t ready yet so went back to the car to wait and was planning to go back in once ready, but staff brought it out to us, which was very nice and unexpected.

Cozy Italian gem. Warm and welcoming. The bartender crafted us some great drinks and the food was great. Flavorful, tasty and plentiful. The prices were reasonable which is a rarity these days. I had a perfectly cooked sole with tomatoes and capers over orzo while my husband indulged in a colossal pork chop with peppers and the best mashed potatoes- and I usually don't even like mashed potatoes!! The girls serving us were all sweet, smiley and attentive. Even the owner came over to say hi and chat creating a real sense of community which is so nice. This neighborhood spot is a true treasure , and we will definitely be back.

An absolute delight in every aspect! We totally enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be back!
The owner and staff were very friendly. The entrance threw me off .... Not what I expected, but once in dining room it was comfortable. Our table shared the Eggplant fries to start. Everyone enjoyed them.
Food is always great along with excellent service provided by Abby and other staff. We shared mussels for an app, we both had sole for our entrees. I had the calabrese and my husband had the pecan encrusted - both awesome choices. For dessert we had the pistachio truffle - a great ending. We even took home leftover. Tambascios never disappoints.
I never leave reviews but this is deserving of what I got.
One of the worst meals ever.
The potatoes were so salty they were inedible. They effected the whole meal.
Also we ordered goat cheese for the salads and got blue cheese put inside a dressing container. Again not what I ordered and couldn't even use the dressing because they put it in the dressing. Weird.
Again another dish the pasta was so over cooked it feel apart in the container.
Calamari was so chewy.
When I called all I got was sorry.
Very disappointed.
I paid good money for inedible food.
Tambascio’s is a classic American-Italian neighborhood spot that delivers big, hearty portions at a fair price. The food is consistently satisfying and comforting, exactly what you want from traditional Italian/American dishes done right. Drinks are generous and well mixed, which only adds to the experience. What really sets the place apart, though, is the atmosphere — owner John makes a point of making guests feel genuinely appreciated, giving the restaurant a warm, welcoming feel that keeps people coming back.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. We had a lovely New Year's Eve dinner. The food was outstanding. Chef Tambascio, the owner, stopped by our table after dinner to chat with us for a while which was a lovely touch.
Great, traditional Italian food. Excellent value for the money. Exceptional and friendly service. We will be back!

We always have the best night celebrating the holidays at Tambascios! Best food, best service , best ambiance... thank you !
Comfortable and cozy dining in the atrium and great meals from the specials menu this evening: Pork Chop Mama Mia-grilled chop on gnocchi in a mustard cream sauce; Cocoanut Crusted Cod with broccoli rabe on mashed potato. Side salads, drinks and coffee... and pleasant wait staff-it was delightful as usual. Many thanks to John Tambascio and his staff.
I specifically went for the paella since it not available very often, best outside of Spain
Delicious food. Our go to place for great Italian food. I should know because my Italian mother loved it here.
