We typically have a great experience at Tambascio's and wanted to share it with our friends. This time we were very disappointed. The waitress and busser tried to take our salad plates about 4-5 times and we were still eating. My friend ordered a drink and after 10 minutes I had to ask the busser if they could find out where it was. The drink came 5 minutes later. The salmon risotto meals were cold and the Italian coffees were warm and not hot. They also over charged for the itailan coffes and I did not want to say anything in front of my friends. I'm not bashing them as the owner is really nice and it could be he's trying to groom the waitstaff.

We stopped in to Tambascio's for an early dinner and we couldn't have been more pleased! We ordered Spaghetti and half cheese half meatball pizza along with some appetizers. Everything was absolutely delicious! The fresh hot rolls were a hit with our kids to keep them "occupied" while waiting for the meals. I'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next big family party as the food was just delicious!

This restaurant is what people say when they say “family restaurant.” The owner and staff make you feel so warm and welcome. We went with our family during a difficult time and they were insanely patient and kind. The food was the best we’ve ever had, especially the pizza. They accommodate you, regardless of your situation. Highly recommend !!!

Ordered 2 pizzas online for takeout. The margarita pizza was great and so was the other one pepperoni and half red peppers. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time with a scheduled time for pickup and it was done on time.

This was are go-2 place, but no longer. Portions are now smaller. We used to all ask for a "Take-home container" but no more.. Plus now instead of soup or salad included, they now charge for it, so nothing comes with your entree. Asked for more bread while we waited for our food, it took several times asking before more was placed on our table, and they used to place a fresh plate of oil and olives down as well, no more, so we had to use the old plate for dipping. Staff was quick with glases of tap water and coming back to refill glasses that were still practically still filled to the top.. One of our entrees, the chicken parm was burnt on the edges. Fried calamari used to be tender, light brown in color and crispy, now it's white/bland in color and breading fell off most of it when picked up with a fork.. And what was rediculious was watching a staff member pull in and park right up front near the entrance.. Btw.. don't respond with your sorry/ "that's not the norm" it sure is as I'm also reading the same comments from others.. Good luck going forward!!

Let me start by saying I am a very picky person (as you can see from my other reviews), but i think I'm fair in my critique. This place is worth the visit.
We came on a Friday night and while busy they were not packed. We were immediately greeted at the door and to me it felt like going to a family member's house. When we told him that this was our first visit he was genuinely interested in what made us stop by. The rest of the staff was equally friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. My boyfriend felt our waiter could've been a bit more attentive (versus the bussers spending the most time at our table.) The food was a little slow to come out but it was worth the wait.
We both got chicken parmesean, and it was amazing. The portion sizes are enormous, the sauce was delicious. The chicken was crispy but tender enough to melt in my mouth. My pasta was a little overdone, but nothing I haven't done myself or would really complain about.
All in all, we will absolutely be back for another visit. Maybe then I'll leave enough room for dessert. The chocolate lava cake sounded amazing.

They were attentive and kind, Never said no to anyone’s needs and even connected with my family members. They never rushed us out and the restaurant was set up perfectly. Seated fast with no menus. After 20 minutes server comes goes oh sorry no menus. Drinks ordered never came .dinner came first. Had to ask about drinks.. eggplant hardly any sauce no flavor. Fried chicken breast like shoe leather. Clams and linguini awful worst ever. Other 2 meals 2 stars. Horrible for 119.00.
