Wow. Just wow. They actually lost my debit card, and I have no idea how. They gave me back the receipt with no card, and didn’t make much of an effort to find it, or even give a real apology for losing it. I would absolutely not recommend coming here.

Oh my god, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mom and I went out for dinner and they LOST our debit card. Actually, they never even brought it back to us and we had to go and ask for it. Turns out they gave our card and receipt to a different table and when they brought it back to us, the card was gone and no one could find it. And they barely even offered an apology. Unbelievable. They could have at least been more apologetic and offered some sort of compensation for losing our debit card.

If you’ve never had good Italian food you may possibly like it here. The pizza is one level above dominos, the owner is a rude and disrespectful little guy and the waitstaff is unprofessional and rushes you to finish and leave. The atmosphere is old and outdated. The espresso drinks ordered were the worst I’ve had at any restaurant. The owner is not Italian as he would like you to believe.

Decided to try our favorite pizza place for a sit down dinner. Wow what a treat. There was a special with app - salad - main dish and desert. Totally ate every bite. Vito knows his stuff. Can’t wait till next week to see what’s next.

Absolutely thrilled with dinner tonight. Odie was our server and it was a quiet night. We had dinner with my in-laws and my hero daughter. Food was amazing. Service was perfect and the price was right. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you from the Lauro family.

Went to s party today. About 50 people. Food was great. Staff perfect!

We stopped in for dinner not realizing they were closed on Mondays. There were cars in the lot so we went inside.They were having a private party in the back room but so kindly invited us to have a meal in their dining room since they were cooking anyway. Wow! We had our own private dinner which was delicious. They went out of their way for us with smiles on their faces and the service , food, and wine were all top notch. A new fave!

The food is amazing here and the service is one of a kind. They have a wonderful menu selection and the service staff are the best.

When I first moved to Sandy Hook, The Villa was basically the only restaurant in town. Now it's been eclipsed by a number of "trendier" spots, but it remains unequalled in ambience and food quality. Spectacular stone-walled patio surrounded by exquisite landscaping, and an interior no-expense-spared dining room. Lasagna and tiramisu are two standouts, but everything is fresh and delicious.

Very good food, the staff was friendly and attentive to the needs of our gluten free friend.1/4 of the way through the meal the owner came and checked on us. Not many restaurants do that anymore. It was a very lovely evening.

Wow, just wow. You won’t be disappointed. The variety of dinner options. My wife and I have been coming to the Villa for years. Vito the owner/chef, has always provided superb meals. Never have we been dissatisfied or disappointed with our dining experience. This seems to be our go to place for good food at reasonable prices.

Best restaurant in Connecticut. Must come! Servers were awesome, and the food was spectacular. Highly recommended?? The lobster Mac and cheese was out of this world.
