Superb location for this well -established name (first location in East Lyme at Flanders 4 Corners). Had a delightful lunch with my mother and my aunt. Staff was friendly and patient as we arrived 30 minutes before closing and took our time eating. Clam strips and a blackened chicken sandwich with conch fritters .... enjoyed the food and the view. Ideal way to wrap up an afternoon at the beach! Steps are a bit steep and could be challenging for some.

Looks like good food, but we can't figure out where the heck you're supposed to park. Guess we're going somewhere else.

Excellent little slice sea side spot that has delicious food. Best lobster roll ive had here. it is a little pricey but worth it. The burgers are excellent and they give you plenty of fries. I always come here when visiting the beach. Highly recommended.

This place has terrific scenery and good atmosphere but the food was nothing to write about.

Yummy avocado toast! Food is so fresh, girls at the register are so friendly, beautiful ocean view on a small patio. I'm coming back for the lobster roll for lunch ?

Great views over breakfast. Avocado toast was awesome with added eggs. Crab cake Benedict was delicious. They get busy but the food and views are well worth the wait.

After years of visiting, we won’t, ever again. Now, it’s a spin-off of Flanders Fish Market - a restaurant we frequent The fact remains this was a poor imitation of Flanders Fish. Overcooked and tasteless. No tartar sauce for fish. 50-minute wait while the place was so slow - but lots of phone ? n/ pickup orders.Was so much better when it was The Strand.
