My boyfriend had to go back in 3 times because they kept forgetting to put scallion cream cheese on the bagel?!?! The employees were dropping stuff, burning themselves, and all discombobulated. Save yourself the time and money it’s not worth it.

I have always loved Dekes bagels. I was in there 4th of July weekend and they were packed (good for them their food is amazing) . I ordered and paid for 3 bagels, after waiting for 1/2 hour they told me they were out of bagels and only had one left (they were telling multiple customers the same). I asked for a refund and was told by the young girl she didn’t know how, but would have someone call me. After 3 calls from me over 2 weeks I was put on the phone with Deke. He was incredibly rude and condescending! He was shocked that I was calling for the refund of 2 bagels. When I tried explaining what happened he said he was too busy and to get to the point. I paid for bagels you could not serve me, whether it’s $5 or $50, it shouldn’t matter. I know losing one customer will not hurt your business, but unfortunately I will not be doing back.

usually good and i’ll be back at some point but not for a while. i went on the 4th early in the morning, ordered two bagels of the same thing, one never came out, asked about and they ‘lost the ticket’ they made it but it was then missing avocado but oh well i had already been there for 45 minutes. The employees were going up to every single customer saying ‘sorry i know you ordered this but we ran out, can i get you something else’. Like why are you taking orders of things you ran out of? Not sure who was running the place but yikes

Good bagels, but don’t go on a weekend (or holiday). They can’t handle a rush. Took half an hour to get a bagel with CC, a bacon egg and cheese, and sausage egg and cheese. Forgot our bacon egg and cheese which took another 15 minutes… almost an hour for bagel sandwiches? Not worth the wait.

3 bagel sandwiches $50. Wow!! 2 were good but mine was wrong and MESSY! They put the wrong cream cheese on it. I asked for Scallion not Chipotle (I don't like hot/spicy) the egg had black smear on it! Yes black stuff! We left so I couldn't return it! Will not return! I have pictures.Jagel Bagel, The Niantic, & Everthing bagel with LOX&CC the bill was $45.55 I left $50 to be nice to staff. So yes...3 sandwiches are $50. With NO drinks! I did pay that!!!!

I try to like Dekes time and time again and only continue to be disappointed. This bagel was half burnt/half raw. The egg was covered in black from the grill (I can appreciate a little of that for flavor but come on). I don’t even know what the soggy stuff is in between the 2 bagels halves. The people running the front wear gloves and handle money while simultaneously touching and handling food. Just disappointed. Nice people there but not worth the money.
