So nice to have an extensive gluten free menu to choose from and everything was delicious! Our server was friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10!
Ordered take out. $10 for wonton soup. Well less than a cup of frozen vegetables, frozen dumplings cooked to mush in overly salty broth that tasted like soy sauce. The beet salad went from $12 online to $17 at pick up and was 1/2 full of standard takeout container. bagged mixed greens saturated with overly sweet and suspiciously thick (bottled) dressing with canned beets, a few dry goat cheese crumbles. The bacon was bagged precooked but decent, not fake bacos. I realize my order is a small sample of their menu but my impression is not actual cooking but rather assembly of Costco ingredients going on. Would not spend another $30 to find out more.
Fantastic!!!!!!!!
Have been a few times, once for lunch after the Niantic 5K, and also for dinner on two occasions. Chef Rachel is always coming up with great dishes, I've never had a tapas or main I didn't enjoy here. Overall, one of my favorite shoreline spots.
Wonderful array of small plates, terrific wait staff
We were seated immediately and the server came right over, Introduced himself and gave us waters. He gave us menus and took our drink order.
I got a Subduction IPA Stacy got a Malbec.
He came back quickly with beverages and took our order for dinner.
Stacy got Fillet Mignon, and I got seared scallops. Both dinners came out quickly and were awesome!
Nick or server was very attentive and he was also doing double duty as the bar tender. He did a great job.
Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
Post script, They give ten percent discount for cash!
Everything was wonderful here! From the staff to the food to the drinks. Every plate that came out was great and our waiter knew exactly how to separate and serve our many small plates. We will definitely be taking more trips back to the area to eat here!
Went in at 4:45 to a dining room with 4 people in it. Was seated in middle of room at a 4 top. Asked to sit at one of two empty tables at the front window. Was told both empty tables were taken by reservations. I left. Dev’s never heard this saying: “A bird in hand is better than two in the bush.” They deserve their bad service reputation.

Large menu with lots of small plates options and lots of tasty cocktails. 2 small plates is plenty for dinner if you can't decide between that and an entree! Highly recommend the Cong Cong Ma. It looked like a small piece of short rib when it came out, but it is rich and spicy and was plenty.

Very bad treatment, it turns out that I had to pay for something I didn't eat, they are not friendly!
I really enjoyed our food and drinks. My husband and I ate at the bar. The location is perfect, and Niantic has many free parking lots. I would definitely be back for another date night. It is small inside, so it will be hard if you want to meet with a large group, so I recommend calling ahead.

Serving sizes and pours very small for the price. Service was good. Would not likely go again.

This restaurants policy is the most interesting policy I’ve ever seen in my life. For anyone trying to order food on the weekends they don’t do food orders on weekends. She said they only offer food to people who come and sit. ? The loss of revenue with that as a policy is ridiculous ? They also said the reasoning is because they have too many guest come in but we always see the parking lot with one or two guest. After reading other reviews I’m shook to see this is normal for them to deny Norms all the time because they just feel like it. The owner prob just has extra money to keep the place open and doesn’t care about customer service.
