This is the 4th time I've been there and they don't take your order correctly. One time no tomatoe next time same thing 3rd time no oil or pepper and wrong cheese 4th time grinder is smaller and less meat no pepper and hardly any oil if any. I'll try one more time in a month or so to see if they go back to the way they were then I'll never go there again. Sad. Don't say giant grinder if it's not. I used to go there daily.

We've gone here a few times for lunch and we were always happy. We had a family get together and decided to order the food (4 ft sub cut onto platters) for the party from them. They did not disappoint: the food and service were great. The sandwiches were a hit with everyone at the party.

Great food and always consistent , it's hard to pick just one kind of sandwich. I love the steak n cheese, chicken salad and the chicken cutlet all equally.. It's always a tough decision to make. I let the owner surprise me haha. It's a great experience, very welcoming. I always feel right at home here ❤️💯

I use to love this place. It's awful now. Dirty. staff is awful. Yelled at me walking out the door because I complained about an order. She told me not to come back. They don't know what a grinder is. I paid $11.00 for just meat on a roll. UNBELIEVABLE. They should just call themselves Subway. Save your money. Go where they know what an actual original grinder is. Obviously they just don't give a shit anymore. Hire new staff too. Sad sad sad. This is the one in Niantic.

I used to be a regular customer here, because the grinders are usually awesome. This is the third time I've ordered lunch there this week, and I get the same thing every time. The first two times this week, they made my grinder wrong, no big deal, pick off the tomatoes and move on. Today, my coworkers and I put in a huge order for lunch, making Hartford Giant pretty decent amount of money for one order. Everyone got what they ordered, (or at least close to), except me. Mine wasn't even close to being correct. So I called to express my concern and the woman I spoke with on the phone basically said that it was a big order and that there's "not much they can do" for me. Its a shame because as I said, I've been a loyal long term customer for years, I'll never be ordering there again.

Giant giant subs filled with meat and veggies.. I got a large and it’s two 12” subs for 20 bucks . You can’t beat that price and the quality . So gooooood
