First, let me start by saying that we absolutely LOVE Sift in Mystic. This was our first trip to the Niantic location. Although the pastries on display were beautiful, we were a bit disappointed. The chocolate croissant was dry and lacked flavor. The inside of the store is quite small and does not offer seating. There are a few tables and chairs outside. Last, the location does not have a public restroom. We drove over an hour to Niantic and had to find another location to use a restroom.

Delicious baked goods! There was a line out the door, but it moved pretty quickly and it was worth it. I liked the ham and cheese croissant and guava and cheese. The sweeter ones had a little too much filling for my taste, but they were still tasty and beautiful.

Loved everything- the croissants, coffee, blueberry lemon overnight oats, and the beach views! I wish I could try everything there and more. It was very busy the two times I went while in Niantic and any time I passed it, but it was worth the wait and I highly recommend to any fellow bakery lovers!

Here's a secret, I have NEVER eaten here. But I get stuff for my parents all the time (Mom LOVES their treats!). One day I'll have to try it myself. Every visit is plesent and enjoyable. Parking in rear for those who are curious. Its a nice shop with nice people working there. Yuppie clientele. Their products are works of art from the baguettes to the pastries. Mom hasn't had any complaints!

What a fantastic addition to Niantic. The roast beef sandwich was a value at ten bucks the horseradish sauce was a nice addition. It also comes with chips. But let’s face it they specialize in dessert and they don’t disappoint. We have tried 4 different kinds and we can’t decide on a favorite yet. We will have to keep trying the prices seem very fair.
