This is by far the best Dunkin around. I stop in for my coffee every morning and there is never a wait. The coffee tastes great and their cold brew tastes better than any Dunkin I have ever been to. My employer was recently looking for a donation for a large event. I stopped in and asked for the manager. Jennifer was so nice and helpful. She said she would reach out to the owner and get back to me. Later that night I heard from her and the owner agreed to make the large donation I was looking. I had to pick the order up very early in the morning and when I arrived everything was ready. Jennifer was there and said she came in early just to make sure everything was ready. I highly recommend this Dunkin for the quality of both the food and the service.

If you go here be prepared to wait for over 30 mins in the drive thru, receive cold coffee and food and deal with employees who aren’t friendly or apologetic and are usually sitting on their phone at the window.

I stop at this Dunkin’ frequently, and I have to say the morning staff during the week is absolutely incredible. They are always friendly, quick, and efficient truly a well-coordinated team that makes mornings easier.
One staff member in particular deserves special recognition: Elizabeth (#680147). She consistently goes above and beyond for customers. No matter how busy or hectic the store gets, Elizabeth remains professional, polite, and upbeat. She greets everyone with a smile, keeps the line moving, and ensures that each order is prepared just right.
The food here is also excellent. Especially the Snackin’ Bacon, which is always cooked perfectly!! In fact, I will drive out of my way to come to this location instead of others in the area because of the quality of both the food and the service.
Elizabeth is the perfect example of why Dunkin’ has become “America’s Morning Fuel.” Without dedicated and hardworking team members like her, mornings just wouldn’t run the same.
In closing: Great store. Great team members. Great coffee. Phenomenal Snackin’ Bacon. My hope is that Dunkin’ recognizes Elizabeth for her continued effort and dedication. She not only makes my mornings better, but also brightens the day of everyone else in line.

I love this Dunkin donuts because is convinient and close to my job. However, i do not understand how they are closing the lounging area claiming they are short of staff, but you look through the glass windows, you can clearly see about 4 to 5 people behing the cashiers, and prepping food, and mind you this is at 12:15PM on Tuesday.
So busy so many customers but they kept such a good attitude and worked really hard to get the orders out as fast as possible. Very impressive Dunkin.

They know definition of Customer Service & get a senior discount also. Not all location have senior discounts. So They don't get my $$$.

A good chunk of the staff is rude, and I wish I was kidding, but every single time I go, they mess up some part of my order. It’s impressive how bad they are. You ask for no egg? All you get is an egg. Thanks. I know that must be hard to Chuck the fake egg off a sandwich. At least they’re rude to me as they screw up my breakfast and tea (a mind boggling task, I know)

Ordering at the drive through shouldn’t take 20 minutes but it did and wanted to add something to the order. We asked nicely at the window just for one drink and the lady replied by saying “No you did not” repeatedly and yelling for someone to make our drink. We continued to sit for another five minutes waiting for one drink and we could hear her talking about us to other workers. Yes theres a long line, sorry we wanted something else waiting so long. ridiculous.

Should’ve listened to the bad overall reviews. This was the closest Dunkin to me and I really wanted to try saltet caramel cold brew and really needed some energy. I am pretty mad I wasted my $5 on this. I was questioning whether there is any coffee at all in it. It tasted like milk mixed with water and sweet syrup. I thought maybe they forgot the coffee. But also there was no foam or crème or anything on top. Then looking at the promo pictures I realized I did not get a cold brew at all. Idk what they made, maybe a latte with very terrible weak coffee. But my ticket clearly states cold brew. Won’t be back to this Dunkin, first and last time.
