Absolutely horrible can not believe McDonald's would allow North Branford to allow a place with no managers working and that doesn't accept the Mobile APP, I paid on the app but then said it wasn't valid and that I had to cancel the order on the app and then re place it, Do not go here 14 Dec 2025

Placed my order and get 2 second window and told to pull in 2 of the spot. 5 min later guy comes out with part of my order. I had to waiver him down again and wait till he gets to my car to explain there is no fries. No apology just says one moment and heads to the store and 2 min later he comes back and say here u go. Well poor service not apology for waiting for up to 10 min just to check my order my self. People need to check orders before they gp out especially the drive thru

They always mess up my order when I come here, today I was so excited to get the new wrap when I go to take a bite there was no chicken on the wrap very upsetting, I also order a happy meal and I never got the apple juice, the lady at the window was very rude
