Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. If you prefer listening to disgruntled young people, sing, complain loudly, act ratchet, and basically anything other than help then this is your spot. I can’t even count on 1 hand how many times I’ve driven away from the drive thru without getting acknowledgment. Sometimes I wonder if the 2 cars in front of me ever got coffee too. It’s comical in a way, but also pretty sad, never have I felt like more of an inconvenience as a customer just trying to buy from a business.
Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, only person in line, never got my order taken.
The worst Dunkin ever, highly recommend avoiding this place if you can
This is a waste of my time to even write but it’s the only thing I can do to let out my frustration. We live in town and go to this dunkin once or twice a month. In the past we have received multiple completely black burnt bagels, FROZEN hash browns, dirty lids, wrong orders, etc. I always tip and have never once complained/said anything because, we’ll, it’s not a fancy place and it’s busy and the employees have a lot going on. We’ve learned it takes an obscenely long time to get through the drive thru, so we’ve started mobile ordering. Today I placed a mobile order for a bagel with cream cheese, hash browns, and one donut as a treat for my kid at 8:12. I arrived at 8:22 to find multiple people standing around waiting for their orders. I waited for 10 minutes before asking the person behind the counter if they’d received my order. After finding my order she simply said “we don’t have bagels, you can have a donut”. I get that this is a minimum wage job, and it’s clearly been a crappy morning for them there, but an ‘I’m sorry’ or ‘What could we get you instead’ would’ve been a lot better than this person telling me in the way they did that I could ‘Have a donut’ Instead of the bagel I ordered. They gave me 2 donuts instead of the bagel plus the donut I ordered, and (while holding the receipt from my order 20 minutes earlier) asked me if I had a coffee too, and I said no, hash browns, but at that point I had to leave to get my child to school on time and couldn’t wait even longer so just left. It’s extremely frustrating that they were out of so many things and allowed online orders to be placed; that I waited 20 minutes for food that was never coming; and that the employee assumed I’d want 3 donuts for breakfast instead of offering a refund or asking me what I might actually want instead. It is 100% worth giving your business to Homegrown cafe which we will be doing from now on instead. You can online order there, and it’s about a 15 minute wait, which is the same as dunkin ironically, but the food and coffee is higher quality and better for you. It’s been way too many screw ups with this particular dunkin and it’s only getting worse.
On sanitize, my cup of coffee was given to me with a dirty lid never again!

Takes too long in drive thru because you have to sit there for 5 minutes or longer for someone to take your order when there is nobody else in line and not busy on the inside

Shout out to the Birthday girl. This review is for the loaded brisket has brown. The way this dunkin made it was spectacular. We have had a few now since they came out and some places barely have any ingredients. This Dunkin put the ingredients in. THANKS YOU!

Was in there this week, picking up a large pre-order. Even though the order was messed up in 2 different ways, that wasn’t problem, as mistakes happen. No big deal. Fur the record, the order was for our school, to treat our local town veterans to a nice breakfast before our school ceremony honoring their service.
But, the way multiple staff reacted, and responded to me, as if my requesting the order to be fixed was such a big deal - they were rude, making comments behind the counter, and relentless about it. It was weird for them to make such a big deal about it, and by the time I left I was shaken - not used to being treated that way for no reason at all. Everyone’s human - buck up and be kind!
I didn't even buy anything, the staff are useless and slow as molasses. I had 3 people in front of me and it took them 10min to get to one of them, if I waited any longer I would've been very late for work.

Foods like every other dunkin obviously, run out quick. Takes forevvvveerrr for just a coffee, order 15 minutes ahead of time and 10 minutes waiting for it to come out. Staff is pretty slow. There's a few awesome people that work there but rare to get them.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. The staff is awful, unprofessional, and seem to be getting worse with each visit. This Dunkin is one of the few stops in north Canaan for coffee and the last chance to get anything on your way to work and it’s almost like they work harder for you to hate having to go there rather than working hard to do their jobs well.

Went through the drive through for a drink when in the area even though I have had many bad experiences at this location. A female voice said very flatly “don’t forget to use the dunkin app”, then a male voice was loudly laughing over the speaker for an awkwardly long time. No one offered to take my order, so I drove away. Very unprofessional employees working today. Please train your staff better.

the lady with the red hair takes forever to give people their drinks or makes the drinks wrong and continues to make drive thru drinks and completely doesn’t take the front counter orders and the other employee with the short brown hair kept telling her to make the online orders and take orders up in the front and blew the employee off and kept doing what she wanted and ignoring the other employee . Made my drink wrong twice that I came in and other employees had to fix what she messed up. I think Sam and the brown short haired employee is the best there. The red haired lady enrages me whenever she’s working cause she messes up the drinks and complains
