When the girl that was preparing the food dropped my order on the counter some of my food fell on the floor. She never apologized or was going to replace what fell on the floor. She was extremely rude.

It was absolutely disgusting in there garbage on the floor, spilt coffee on the floor that wasn’t mopped up. The girls who usually work there were not there and the new girls today had no clue what they were doing, the girl with glasses told me I couldn’t use my points from the app that there needs to be a card shown which isn’t true. I don’t know what is going on here or who the manager is but he or she is not taking care of anything there and it shows. The glass doors were filthy and the garbage outside was over flowing per usual.

I have nothing to complain about the employees. The two girls that work. There are very nice always doing whatever people are asking. I’m complaining about the management and the atmosphere fair. You need to hire another person to help clean up the place. Those two girls are too busy doing orders for everybody and they have no time to go around to clean up the place Like I said no complaints about those two girls but as soon as you walk in the place is disgusting. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The trash is overflowing all the time and all areas even outside in the bathroom. The trash was overflowing with an open dirty diaper on top Hire someone else to help clean up the place.

I have given this Dunkin a chance way too many times due to its location being convenient for me. After today, i will NEVER return to this location.
I must say, I do not have a problem with the staff personally. However, lack of oversight on standards and cleanliness is a HUGE issue.
I was drinking my coffee and I felt something strange, and it turned out to be a WAD OF HAIR.. I am absolutely disgusted. How difficult is it to look at a cup before crafting a drink or keep hair away to comply with proper food safety standards?
Too many times I have dealt with poor quality food and drink from this location.
Please do better for yourselves and customers.

Typical Dunkin, friendly staff, fresh hot coffee. Got there late in the day so the donuts were a bit stale. Still good though.
