So while we were eating, they started to vacuum, we were the only family there, and I found that to be very rude. Basically, felt we were getting kicked out. So the staff can go home. It was about 1030 just unbelievable. My friend swears by this place. Their food was really good though.

We love Baja's! The salsa bar is always delicious and fresh, the margaritas are enjoyable, and the entrees are always yummy. I typically order the mango shrimp platter, which comes with 2 tortillas for making one's own burritos. The shrimp is flavorful, and the mango salsa is absolutely perfect! The staff is very friendly and warm, we feel so comfortable every time we eat there. We consider Baja's "our place" and when we want to eat out but don't want to make a fuss, we happily retreat to Baja's.

Came here for the first time and was very disappointed. I ordered the Baja ribs and the sauce reminded me of the tv dinners. Super nasty. I was unable to drink my mango margarita. It was disgusting I’m sorry. The waitstaff is amazing and very friendly. The sauce bar was awesome! Authentic hot sauce. Everything else was disappointing. If you know real hispanic food you know this isn’t it.

Been going here for decades and it never disappoints. Great food and service. The place can be made to be a little more welcoming.Kid-friendliness: When I was there, the staff allowed a family to bring in McDonald's for a young man that seemed to be on the spectrum. I liked that accommodation.

If you've ever had good Hispanic food: don't come here. The carne asada is just cut up steak, the mole sauce leans too heavily to barbecue sauce, they give you the tiniest dab of guac, they use flour tortillas and the chips are hard. Also their Micheladas are $10, which idk about inflation but that feels high.

Amazing restaurant and food.Caesar salad with chicken was really good. Everything I ever had from this place was really good. One time I created a shrimp, fish and crab chimichanga it was so delicious.

This is a really a very nice restaurant. The service is friendly. The menu is very long. There are a lot of choices. I really liked the flan! They have warm chips and there are a lot of salsas in a salsa bar. There is a lot of parking.

We have been going to Baja's for years and have never been disappointed. The service is great and the waitstaff are friendly and quick. The food is authentic and great quality. The portions are more than enough, I don't think I've ever finished an entire meal. They have an amazing salsa bar and the chips are the best I've ever had.It can be difficult to find because it is in a small Plaza. It is next to Town Fair Tire and Party Magic and More, I also recommend Party Magic and More. Raj is my go to for everything party related. If you're coming from West Haven it's right after McDonald's on the right, if you're coming from Milford it's on the left right before McDonald's. I highly recommend you eat at Baja's, you will not be disappointed.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options, pretty much anything can be vegetarian on the menu.Dietary restrictions: They are great with dietary restrictions.Parking: Parking is great, the lot offers more than enough parking spots.Kid-friendliness: They are great with the kids, they offer a traditional kids menu. They have a few tables on the side which I try to get if we have kids with us.Wheelchair accessibility: This is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking spots.
