Cold food. Less than okay service. High bill. Never again!Edit to respond to owner: Food was good but; Pollo asada was suppose to have yellow rice, came out with white. Bandeja paisa was suppose to have beans, It did not(4 out of the 6 meals). Asked for rice on the side with lomo saltado, the beef was. We were the only people there so I'm confused on why the food was cold. Cook came out with apps waved down waitress. Waitress ignored, so we grabbed our own food. Had to move our dishes to the other table to have room because it was not grabbed at a timely manner. Told the waitress about the food at the end and she blamed it on the cook as if you 2 are separate entities instead is a simple apology. The bartender was more of our waitress than our actual waitress. Very nice and kind people but it is far from a restaurant.I was not going to nitpick but i felt like you needed to know why i left my original review. I would have easily paid more if service was more attentive and food was correct and hot

Worst service ever. Came here couple months ago several times and had no issues had a great time!! Now they stated new owners took over waited for pool tables for 2 hours they claimed they were reserved and no one claimed them the whole night. Bartenders over charged us several times we had to have our ticket adjusted several times.

Oct 27th come out and gain that experience awesome place to make

Great place!!!

First, the place was empty, the food was cold and had bad sap, the beans had too much liquid, pure water, it took a long time, a waste of time to visit the place, the worst thing is that there were 13 of us and no one enjoyed their dish. The most surprising thing to me is that 2 hours in the restaurant in the afternoon and no other customers came in compared to the restaurant next door which was full. The pupusas were dry and the sauce they used in the sauce marinade, which is what they use for the pies, is crazy. They are a total disaster, the place and the bartender shaking his nose is horrible. The only good thing was the waiter was very friendly.

I must say this location really suprised me. I figured it was a small lil spot prolly 3 star service or something... but NOPE! 5 stars all the way! Great music, great food, great customer service. I originally reserved with the manager Gustavo, and he made sure i had a great night. Overall a great evening. Will be returning for sure! ??? (Btw the platter i had was custom, i asked for shrimps as a replacement for the tostones.)???

Went there Friday night 4/14/23, we were 3 of 10 people and there until 10:30pm and nothing! People were really underdresse too, shorts, tee shirts Latin dj was playing good music, bartender was pleasant. I traveled 36 miles for nothing! Pool tables look awkward in the space. Would be classier with more tables n seating. Beautiful dance floor n sound system, they need to promote more!

It's a good atmosphere, but they need better bartenders since I ordered different drinks and they were bad.

Perfect! Still not believing that they don't put pepper in food . This is our biggest difficulty when going out to eat, practically all restaurants work with pepper. We are very happy and now we are regular customers.
