(Updated) Thank you for the explanation. Food and service were great!
Bathrooms were dirty. Employees should try to smile instead of looking like they hate it there.
Large orders are never ready on time and the staff is rude when you ask how late it’s going to be.
* edit to add that this was a pre-order
Disgusting
Very reasonable price for bagels!
I have been stopping here for coffee and bagel sandwich for several years and have been satisfied until recently. A few weeks ago I came in for my usual and I ended up taking a couple bites of the five cheese bagel and threw out the rest!! It was like crumbly days old bread, awful!! I will not be back. This is unacceptable and I never experienced this with previous owner! Either they don't know how to bake or they used old bagels. I know it wasn't fresh for sure! The previous owner got rid of leftover bagels at the end of each day. Being cheap hurts profits in the end.
We were in Connecticut in December for a college pal's wedding drove by a Bruegger's Bagels for breakfast. There was a good selection to choose from on the menu. We had asked if they could get a Brunch Box ready for the following day for the wedding party. The individual behind the counter who was prepping our food, was so friendly, and told us she informed her boss and he was ready for us to pick up the next day.
Our Bruegger's Bagels order was delicious. Made fresh and daily, truly a wonderful experience for the waiting and asking any questions and comments. They were accomodating with the order even though we felt this could be last minute and wasn't sure if they would be available. The other individual behind the cashier. I wasn't feeling too well that Friday morning- she helped me place a double tea bags in my cup and was very friendly too.
All payments accepted. Location is in a shared parking lot. Thank you for your help.
The food is good but the service is beyond rude. I went in after i signed up for the app which give you a free bagel reward. I tried to redeem it in store and the workers were unhelpful and rude when i tried. I still got charged for my bagel after speaking to not one but two team members. My reward got taken from my account and I was still charged the bagel. I will be switch to the Shelton location.
Not a single worker changes their gloves. One worker has no gloves, scratched the inside of their ear and proceeded to touch the packaged foods.
Disgusting.

Fast friendly and fresh. Their bagels are on point. 😋
Bonus points -They don't microwave your eggs like most quick serve breakfast locations 👍

Wildly rude staff for no reason. I’m not sure what was up but the girl behind the counter who was working at 11:00 am on 8/3 was being so insanely rude. I was literally just picking up an order and she ignored me and acted like I was the bane of her existence just because I was picking an order up. No idea why all the attitude was necessary because the interaction was relatively minimal, I waited my turn until they took everyone else’s order before giving my name for the pick up and I got a wicked eye roll and a nasty response it was super weird. Anyways, y’all should retrain your staff.

Haven’t been to this location is a very long time. But I went and was highly disappointed. I ordered the salmon bagel. It was around $10 and had almost nothing on it!!!! The bagel was small in size with prob 4 tablespoons of cream cheese in each side. There was 3 thin slices of onions, 2 small slices of salmon, and about 4 cappers. I would have went back in, but I was already home when I opened it. I don’t think this business will stay much longer if this is what they are serving. I should have driven the few extra miles to Devine bagels where they never disappoint. I won’t be back. Ever….

Is this location under new management? It looked like all new staff and the service was terrible. I stopped in on July 5 at 1130am, it wasn't very busy, but they seemed to be overwhelmed with online orders; 3 people behind the food counter. 1 at the register, 1 customer in front of me, and neither one of us being helped. I ordered a very simple bagel with butter not toasted, after getting in my car I noticed not only did it have any butter, but a trace of cream cheese from the bagel they cut before mine; with a line inside now, it wasn't worth the wait. I like Bruegger's Bagels, but I won't be stopping at this location again!

Horrible set up for taking orders. There was one gentleman standing behind the cashier's position doing mostly nothing as he would tell customers to order directly from one of the five women working behind the counter handling the bagels. No one could tell who had ordered or who hadn't, there was no semblance of a line or direction on where to stand. One of the women would just say next in line and whoever got to her first became next.
Everyone confused and no priority on customer service.
