Love this place so much... Some people compare it to other fast-food burrito/taco joints, but I totally disagree; Bubbakoo's is so much better and the food is so fresh. People there are always awesome too. We usually order online and pick up - have never been disappointed. Burritos (especially the BYO and breakfast ones) and queso supreme are delicious. Not opening the burritos yet but will post pics!

Decided to finally try this place out due to the fair reviews. Honestly was disappointed, asked for double chicken and got 2 skimpy scoops of the last dry chicken that was left. The rice was super MUSHY!! Must do better

It pains me to write this review so low because I have loved this place for so long but recently they have gone downhill. They keep forgetting things in my bowl/burrito and recently when I ordered a burrito, I take one bite of it and the burrito just falls apart, and it ends up being a bowl. My food has also been cold the past couple times I got it

My girlfriend and I went do lunch before starting our day, sorta disappointing. We came when they first opened and was so impressed but this time, there was only 2 people working which we didn’t find productive, they barely put ground beef in my girlfriends taco and they didn’t price up my girlfriends meal as the value price which was only .50 cent difference but overall. We were so in love with this location and now I don’t know how often we will return.

I went into this establishment today to take part in their Veterans Day offer and was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. When I presented my valid military ID, the employee told me that I was not a veteran and refused to honor the deal. Even after I explained multiple times that I am a veteran, she insisted on sending a photo of my ID to her manager for “confirmation.”
The whole situation was humiliating and made me feel like I was being stereotyped based on my appearance. No veteran should have to go through that kind of disrespect, especially on Veterans Day of all days. This experience came across as both unprofessional and discriminatory.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure that all veterans are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Food was cold and portion sizes were pretty disappointing. Also for a place that’s only been open for a few weeks, half the sodas are out of syrup. The menu options are unique and the burrito was decently good despite being cold but I’m still hungry and my kids are complaining they want more food too. Disappointing because burritos are my fav food and this place has promise if it was a bit more generous with portion sizes and actually kept the food warm.
