This place is very dirty avoid this place at all cost if I could give 0 stars I would, management is rude and bitchy don’t you have to say welcome to bk or something and have a nice day they don’t even say that bathrooms aren’t clean and outside is dirty and always crazy people going in and out I got called stupid because I didn’t say my order right (AVOID THIS PLACE ) 0 STARS

The girl at the front refused to say hello. And then got smart when I told her I’ll give you a five instead of 2 10’s so that the change would be easier. And she broke it anyway refused to take the five dollar bill I was supposed to give her. She basically threw my food on the counter. Rude as all hell, very entitled snotty brat

I ordered from the Burger King in Ansonia about one year ago and the order was all wrong. The other day I figured it would be safe to try again with the same store, after waiting a whole year and all. But I was wrong. Once again, after literally spelling out my online order, I received an incomplete order.
I like it very much, the girl who attended me always welcomes me kindly and with a nice smile, she makes me feel welcome. It is my favorite place 😍

Did the mobile order and it lets you pick out toppings and nothing was right. I wanted just cheese and bacon and I got the works. I can’t understand how it’s in writing and they still mess it up?
